DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS TAX SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED HALF OF YOUR RETURN AS A FILING FEE... They charged me HALF OF MY RETURN TO FILE!! DIDNT TELL ME UNTIL THE CHECK WAS IN THEIR OFFICE AND I HAD TO PICK IT UP AFTER I GAVE MY BANK INFO FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT, THEY MAKE SOMEONE WALK OVER TO THE CHECK CASHING PLACE NEXTDOOR WITH YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU PAY THEM THE MONEY! I ALSO GAVE MY PAPERWORK IN THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY AND MY STUFF WASNT FILED UNTIL MARCH 21ST THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL BECAUSE HAD I KNOWN THE FEE WAS GOING TO BE HALF OF MY RETURN I WOULD HAVE NEVVVVVER FILED WITH THEM!!!! WHO CHARGES HALF OF A TAX RETURN TO FILE TAXES????

Herbert took great care of me, and also my sister. I was two hundred percent satisfied with this company. And they had to deal with my 3 year old daughter crawling all over everything running around acting a fool. They were as nice as can be and really tried to take care of me. That's why I gave them 5 stars. God bless

I went to Express Tax-1 today with a major problem and I was quite upset. Herbert fixed the issue. I walked out the door satisfied, so instead of a 1-star rating I am giving them a 4-star review. I have to give credit for professionally resolving a problem.

DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR TAXES HERBERT TELLS YOU HE’S CHARGING YOU ONE PRICE WHEN YOU FINALLY GET YOUR MONEY FROM GETTING THE RUNAROUND ITS 500 SHORT BECAUSE THATS WHAT HE TAKES NOT ONLY DID HE PUT THE WRONG INFO IN FOR MY ACCOUNT HE GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND WHEN HE KNOW HE WRONG INSTEAD OF TELLING YOU THE TRUTH THIS PLACE DONT DESERVE THAT ONE START DO NOT GO TO EXPESSTAX YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
