Been in here twice, owner gave off weird vibes. Didnt really really feel welcome after i overheard her tell another employee to “keep an eye one me”.

Very unpleasant experience. All clothes are overpriced and when I wanted to pick something to try on the owner tried to convince me the piece wouldn’t fit or look good on me. She claimed that the section I pulled the piece from was 00-0, when the tag that was sewed onto the dress clearly said large, and I know when something looks too small. She held the dress up to me and said “it’s not going to fit, i’m just being honest”, she then proceeded to take the piece from me and placed it back on the clothing rack. She wore a tight, unflattering lace lingerie outfit so I know she can’t be talking and when she had Christian music playing… pick a struggle girl. Don’t shop here unless you want to hear from the owner that you shouldn’t wear certain clothes, from her “expert” opinion.

Cute place but the owner was very disrespectful. We were interested in her business and started asking questions and she replied with smart remarks about how we shoulda read the sign. Not very welcoming for new customers, not sure how shes winning top boutique in Melbourne… She felt the need to tell us how expensive everything was as if we couldn’t afford it, but that wasn’t even a concern of ours.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ezra L’Amour today. Linda, the shops owner, was very kind and had a great eye for what pairs best with the dress I picked. Absolutely would come back again.

Fabulous store. One of the best in Downtown Melbourne. One of a kind items. The owner is fantastic. The decor is amazing and makes the whole experience dreamy. Best boots in town. ?

SUPER rude owner, felt instantly uncomfortable. When I had questions about jewelry (bc I didn't understand her the first time bc she was rambling so fast), she made me feel super stupid and was being so rude about not touching the things. She was selling free people stuff for $150 when they were the same pieces they sell at TJ Maxx for cheaper. I understand its curated goods, but be reasonable with the prices, and IF you're going to price that high for regular doc martins at least be kind! On the other hand, the store next door is AMAZING! and so well priced and adorable.

Owner is rude and arrogant. Nice merchandise, but you can find everything she sells for 1/2 the price or much less online. She gives you an attitude when she realizes you don't plan to buy anything and follows you around the store telling you not to touch any of the decore and that it is not for sale. I would have purchased the $200 shoes I tried on had she not followed me around the store harassing me and making me feel uncomfortable. She claims the shoes are hand painted and made in Italy ... LOL, NOT. I looked them up ... they are manufactured in Spain and Portugal and you can find them online for a portion of the price. Her energy made me uncomfortable. I will never walk in there again.

Ezra L'Amour is an absolute treasure trove for vintage and eclectic fashion enthusiasts. From the moment I stepped inside this charming boutique, I was transported to a world of rare quality finds and sought-after vintage apparel. What sets Ezra L'Amour apart is its curated collection. Each piece seems to tell a story, and you can feel the passion for unique fashion choices in every corner of the store. But beyond the incredible fashion finds, what makes Ezra L'Amour truly exceptional is the lovely and hospitable purveyor who exudes warmth and genuine enthusiasm for her craft. The attention to detail in the boutique's decor is also worth noting. It perfectly complements the eclectic nature of the clothing, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere that makes you want to linger and explore. In a world of fast fashion and mass-produced clothing, Ezra L'Amour is a place where you can unearth one-of-a-kind treasures. You won't leave empty-handed, and you'll leave with a smile and a sense of having discovered something truly special.

Ezra is one-of-a-kind and so are all her clothes. Her attention to detail and creativity is top notch. It may be a bit of a shock for someone to enter a store and meet an artist that's eager to make you her canvas but that's exactly what the experience is like at Ezra's boutique. And I've never felt quite so special. Thanks, Ezra! Also.....I LOVE my new boots ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Wasn’t even in there for 5 minutes and had a bad experience. Overall cool store just inconsiderate and rude owner. Immediately felt judged. Do NOT touch anything. Even though there’s tons of signs it’s hard to differentiate what was strictly decor and what was for sale. It was my first time there and I made the mistake of touching one of the items not realizing it was included in the decor of the store and she immediately made me feel stupid and illiterate when she came over and very unprofessionally lectured me about touching an item and about how there are signs everywhere saying do not touch. The whole experience felt very passive aggressive.I get the frustration of people touching items that shouldn’t be touch that are valuable but there’s a better way to treat and welcome your potential customers.
