I have never seen a more mismanaged staff in the entirety of retail. I'm aware it's not the most exciting job in the world but how are you going to have 2 people working the store during an incoming hurricane and only have one of them on the register. Brandie was the only one on register and when she called out to the other girl yari I think her name was she refused to help on the cash register. You got people coming in trying to get supplies for the incoming store and no manager to be found to do something about that girl. Even other customers were calling out to her to try and get her to help. The line was wrapping around the building and taking forever. you can see the hurt in brandies eye as she struggled to maintain composure trying her best to get through everyone as fast as possible. Brandie if you see this you are the MVP and I'm sorry you have to deal with incompetent co workers. Whoever the manager of this store is you need to fix your staff and get people who actually deserve a paycheck and not some one who will stand around with their fingers up their nose and leaving everything to one person. completely disgusting behavior. Brandie is usually very cheerful every time I see her and it hurts me to see her suffer at the hands of stupid people.

Zakk was very rude. I said hi and how are you doing. He didn't even say anything back. No smiles. He wouldn't even have a job if it wasn't for customers.

I literally had a broken arm when I came into the store I got my 2 liter coke and went to the front to check out and asked if I can get a bag of ice as well so she starts to walk me out to get the ice my other arm is already being used holding the 2 liter coke she stops at the door and hands me the keys to unlock it as it’s raining outside how Am I suppost to go into rain with a cast that can’t get wet and I’m holding my 2liter in the other hand still and unlock it to get a bag of ice turns out I had to do exactly that with a broken arm in the rain unlocked it grabbed the ice with my broken arm and man I was in pain this shows how lazy this worker is here at family dollar off sarno rd Melbourne fl and if there is a manger hear that actually cares it was taken place 5/26/23 around 2:00pm

Better than Wal-Mart. It's a mission in OUR country to find products made in OUR country.I make a great effort to buy American only, and I will go without before I will spend a dime at WOKE Walmart, Target, etc.Let's see if their pink haired, face pierced flaming liberals, and their beloved trans can keep their stores open.

Only shop at this store if you like to get ripped off!! Most of their items are priced wrong and are more than what they say on the rack. I prefer to go to Dollar general literally everything there is cheaper than family Dollar. Or if you want a better deal just go to Walmart I just try to stay away from there.

Employee Erica D. is very rude and has no manners or respect. I would have been more than happy to fix any issue you had until you called me dumb. So if you lose your job that’s on you. Maybe next time you could ask for a correction instead of calling people names.

I finally found a sweatshirt without a hood. Also got lots of b'day cards for .50 cents and a dollar. Chet picked up some salty snacks in a smaller size.

Lying employee tells person needing to use the restroom, that there’s none in the building.* Fire the ( lying ) employee or close the buisness !!It's a DISGRACE to other Family Dollars businesses.
