Outstanding deal on "lifetime" vehicle alignment. I didn't have an appointment, but the Team worked me into their schedule and I had my car aligned in about 2 hours. Could not have been better!

They took care of my issue quickly, even though my appointment was at a different location. Will was friendly and helpful, was upfront about a wait time, kept things moving, and made what is usually stressful a experience even kind of enjoyable

I tried to use this business, drove 12 miles from Palm Bay to do so, only to find out that my appointment request (by phone one day before) "did not go through". The specified location did not even have me in the system, although I did speak to an actual person. When making an appointment is so automated and goes through so many channels channels that it gets lost in the shuffle, it doesn't help the consumer. The mgr intervened, but rather than offering an apology for the mix-up and showing willingness to get the minor task on the car done, I heard the opposite: "Not sure if we can get the issue taken care of, we are fully booked today, not enough staff, etc etc." Not getting the positive impression that my car was left in good hands, I left, never to return again. Keep going like this, Firestone, and your ratings will be at 1-star very soon.

Since that did not instill confidence in me that my car was left in good hands, I left, never to return again.P.S.: To top it off, about 2 hours after this very unpleasant encounter, I received an (automated) e-mail, informing me that I would "need to reschedule". Ha.Ha.

I took my car in a couple of weeks ago to get 4 new tires since I had a flat. James took my car in and helped me immediately, I was out the doors within an hour to a couple. Not only was he knowledgeable, but his customer service was OUTSTANDING. I will be coming back for future services and I will be requesting him! My family and I were visiting the Melbourne area when my car wouldn't start. The battery had come loose so the connections were not tight. When I got my car to Firestone, they tightened everything up for no charge and did not even want to take a tip. This will be my go to spot if I ever have another car issue while vacationing in this area. They knew I was from out of town and repeat service was unlikely, but treated me like a valued customer.

picked up my car after getting an estimate for a repair and tire alignment. Went grocery shopping directly afterwards and noticed a couple of dings in my door. Called them right away and was told nothing they could or would do since I left the parking lot. I don't have any reason to lie about something like that, however I understand where they were coming from. They wouldn't check the video feed and offered no apologies. it was pretty much, "Next in line please." Furthermore, I don't believe they actually did the alignment. Steering is still off just as it was when I dropped it off. SHADY!

Wow, again great service. I walked in told them the situation that I have been having with my oil pan at a previous location. They understood the problem and acknowledge if they could not fix it I would have to get it towed. No problem they checked it out and everything was fine. Got my oil change the tires rotated and went about my day. The guys at the desk are super nice they wait and listen to your story and they help you out the best they can giving you all options possible.DO NOT!!!!! Go to the Merritt Island store location there’s a unhappy old man name aka Grumpy Grandpa Greg he has a bad attitude and is not nice.Melbourne store is the way to go.Thanks guys I’ll definitely be back.

I've been going to the same Firestone for over 10 years. They have a great selection of tires, and if they don't have them, they'll find them for you. Great neighborhood auto maintenance shop for oil changes, brakes, suspensions, and more. Will, one of the managers, always looks for discounts so I can save.
