Our carpet was done last week. Mr. Chad and his crew were awesome. Very pleasant and they did a great job installing our pretty carpet.

I have purchased alot of flooring in my life but have never received such GREAT SERVICE AND CARE as I received from Flooring Direct. All are Great to work with but ask for JJ as he is a Super Caring guy and does what he says he will do. What a GREAT COMPANY.

We just completed a major renovation in a home with a few challenges. The Floors Direct team was excellent, from the sales consultant to the installation foreman, site lead and crew. They did everything possible to make ir perfect, and completed way ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend them.

I recently had them come to fix. The 2 young men were very un professional and rude. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

What an amazing experience to work with such an outstanding designer Joan Abbott . I was informed by my contractor to call Joan and my place is in Jensen beach , But I hit the jackpot calling Joan Abbott who works at the Melbourne location .
She is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out beautiful tiles and even Accent pieces, which I had not even thought about , you see this is where her expertise comes in as a designer .
I guarantee if you work with her you will walk away knowing your project is is great hands . She absolutely went above and beyond to create a luxury looking shower for me and I am so grateful .

We had Floors Direct install vinyl plank flooring and couldn’t be more pleased. If we could give them 10 stars, we would. We had a discontinued Pergo flooring in our living room that we wanted to match with. I had been all over for months looking and no luck. We walked into Floors Direct and met Brenden and he instantly brought us over to Mohawk flooring that was an exact match. He knew that Mohawk had bought out Pergo. You can imagine how happy we were! Brenden is our hero. He took expert care of us through the whole process making sure to follow up through installation. Their demo team and installation team are top notch. My husband is a perfectionist and he was beyond pleased. We were expecting it would be a huge mess; however, their team took care to limit the mess and we couldn’t be more pleased. We have and will continue to recommend them to others looking for flooring

Outstanding customer service! This company stands behind their products and has a solid team of installation experts. If you need a new floor I would not hesitate to recommend this store. The staff and the contractors who works there are just Amazing, Outstanding, Courteous and just Wow! I would like to call out names, Jason who works at the store is just amazing he was so good and exactly understood what we wanted with patience. Another name is, AJ who put the flooring in our house, a very good listener and so so respectful to talk to! I am just so impressed with the people! Their work is no doubt excellent and perfect but their workers are like the cherry on the cake! Love them and would highly recommend them!

We strolled in looking to match our existing floors so we could update our master bedroom flooring. The team went above and beyond trying to match our existing floor, made several calls to the manufacturer and other suppliers only to find out it had been discontinued. They were not pushy in anyway while we looked around only very informative and helpful. Thanks to JJ we made the decision to get a floor that complimented what we had, he talked with us about availability and next steps. Everything happened just as he said they came out and measured for the job and got us in the schedule for install. The whole experience was awesome to be honest. The installers did such a great job keeping our house clean you could tell they took pride in what they did. Excellent job from start to finish definitely a 5 star worthy company to deal with.
