  I've been here several times as a person who likes music, but their selection of CD's and Vinyls are very limited. Especially as a person who listens to heavy metal, I had a hard time finding a good CD. The vinyls here are overpriced; I would recommend to go to an actual record store if you're looking for a specific band, and genre.

  Cyrus was very unprofessional, I was trying to purchase an anime figure, and he proceeded to leave the register amidst the check out, I have genuinely been patient with him and have only received passive-aggressive behavior on occasion. I deeply hope FYE could make better efforts in training their management.

  Visited looking for a cd from a well known group. They did not have any of the group's cds. They sell videos from what I can tell.

  Cyrus is a wonderful employee. He's very funny, great and goes out of his way to ensure the customers have a pleasant experience. This my favourite store. If I go to FYE in the mall, I know I will have a wonderful time shopping!

  Purchased a Vinyl Beatles Album with one of the records missing and when we returned it the girls behind the counter made us feel as if we were lieing about it. The chubby short girl and the other girl with the ear-ring in her cheeks are unprofessional and rude. Instead of exchanging for another Vinyl Album we have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund to show up and we had to pay in full for a new one. Only shop here if you have no other option. Also, don't signup for the account, they always ask you for an e-mail address when you're ready to purchase, just tell them No e-mail, just ring it up.

  They have a variety of products from movies, anime, cartoons, but the price is high, the offers are not very attractive either.

  This place is running a scam. Don't sign up for their magazines. They won't actually send you jack. Than make it impossible to cancel. The girls that sign you up take their commission than don't help you at all once your screwed over.

  They have a lot of fun imported gifts. Found some Japanese things for my daughters. Some instrument that they found on YouTube. But one of the cashiers is pretty rude and not very good at customer service. we had two empty drink cups that I needed to get out of my hands while I was in line I was looking at the products right next to the line and saw she had a trashcan there so I tried to throw them away in there and she wouldn’t let me use the trashcan behind the counter even though the cups were touching the trash already and told me to go way out in the mall and throw them away. I’ve never had a cashier not want to help me dispose of my trash while I’m a customer in their store in my 43 years of shopping. It was that light brown wavy haired gen Z female, with a little shiny nose piercing. Looking like she was suffering through life. Maybe a bit of retraining would help her.
