If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only was the personel (4) of them in the customer service line rude and told me "one line serves all" which was the return line...I was there for an online pick up but that line had other people in it with only 1 person to service the customers. After being notified last night my order was ready the man working the return lane could not find my order (2) 4' lights - sitting right on the shelf. I could see them...he could not. The help he asked to come over to help him find them could not see them??? They even had my name on the end "clearly". I just watched the 3 of them wander around?????????? I hope I never need to use this location again.

As soon as I walked in, and customer walked up to me and help me with what I was looking for, showed me great deals, had a great conversation with me, and even gave me some great advice on building my project, the employee was "daily" Thank you so much for having great customer service. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot to others

Nothing but problems delays misinformation sloppy craftsmanship and nobody cares. I will never do business with Home Depot again.

they have some rude and listless employees that ruin it for the rest of the store. I frequent several Home depots and lowes and this hme depot on north Wickham is the worst. I've finally had it so I am writing a review. The worst was in the return area. A cold woman with very long hair who refused to do her job correctly. If it wasn't for Isibel getting involved my return would never have been complete. I have recently spent close to $10,000 there remodeling a house and had to return around $100 worth of items but this woman would not do it. wanting me to go through every receipt myself and find the merchandse instead of scanning the receipts like every other employee knows how to do. And she did also but just didn't want to. Isibel had to help her move along as she feigned ineptness and then ended up taking over for her. Its a shame the good employee's have to do more work to make up for the bad ones. The woman just didn't feel lie doing her job. And also seemed to have an animosity towards her manager. I'm going to try and avoid this place from now on and bring supplies from palmbay and west melbourne when I'm doing a home in melbourne. Its just not nice there. I feel my business matters more at other stores and will frequent those. Never have these problems at lowes.

I was in need of a new side table and they had exactly what I needed here at a good price. I love the atmosphere here and the service when I come in , it's the BEST!

I came to the store looking for cabinet hardware. Nice selection and I purchased 8 pulls. Four of which I plan on returning once I see them in my kitchen to see if they match etc. When I know I'm returning items from the get go, I like an emailed receipt. So as I was at letter 4 of inputting my email address it just completed the sale. No address and gave me a printed only receipt. I discussed with the associate nearby and the only recourse was to stand in long line at customer service. Not convenient in view of the rest of our visit described below. The only restroom in this giant store is in the far corner of the store. A one hole one room for both men, women and children. Filthy. My mother who is 83 had to walk clear to the back. Naturally the restroom was occupied for quite some time and she had to wait. Inadequate for the size of your facility and the number of people. No soap. Clean hand towel role not in a sanitary dispenser but thrown on top of a filthy child changing table. Not sure where it'll go when child needs to be changed. The floor? My mother waited a long time and barely made it. Making a note to skip this location even if others are farther to drive. I'm giving it one star because of the selection. Otherwise not an enjoyable experience and not customer convenient or friendly.

Always find what I need here. Staff is helpful and friendly, weekends can obviously be busy. I live nearby so this is my go-to store...never had a bad experience.

Beyond rude, they don't help customers at all and after I was 1/2 way through self checkout an employee came up and started checking my cart like I was stealing. I said I didn't appreciate being treated that way and she said someone told her I was stealing. I asked to refund what I'd already paid for and she very rudely did the return and said " there you go." No sorry nothing about accusing me of stealing.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Great staff, knowledgeable and kind. One of the better Home Depot's I've visited.

Wow. I actually got someone to help me! Someone actually helped me pick a color. (Long blonde hair, Diane) She was actually helping everyone with color choice and her sidekick helped me choose which type of paint to get. Great job ladies. I'll be back!

Customer service is always top notch and I find what I need easily. I like to grow orchids and it’s a fantastic place to get everything I need. I just bought several grills there and I am super happy with what I chose.
