This location services all my fleet vehicles along with my personal ones. RD is my go to tech who I've been using for years. They do quality work and always at a fair price. John, Bobby and all the other guys up front are always polite and extremely helpful. Stumbled across this location a few years ago and am really happy I did.

Great Place, The service manager John R took great care of me didn’t try to over sell me. He and his crew have made me a life long customer. They really came through in my time of need when my vehicle stopped working and had to get my granddaughter to school. Can’t thank John and this shop any more. 5 stars should be 10 ??Service: Electrical repair

Best service we have ever received! We had a blowout on our way to the beach, an hour away from home without a spare. After stopping at 3 shops, which either had not enough techs or tires in stock, we stumbled upon Gatto's!We wish we took names, but the gentleman behind the counter who helped us WHILE helping another customer and the tech who drives the Fiesta who jumped right on to working on our car as soon as he was done with the vehicle he was working on. All smiles & laughter, no complaints about not being able to drive the car up on a lift. We were right back on the road in less than an hour of arriving! We recommend this shop 110%!

Price gougers and shoddy work. 40 dollars to tape(not even goot tape) a light back on, which promptly fell back off and required more service. They charge more than everyone else around, just go somewhere else

Came in with knock rt rear wheel. Could have justified and charged me for new parts but just tightened the loose bolt responsible. Tech, Scot, 5 ? for identifying, torequing and inspecting BOTH sides. 180 bucks. Cheap fix for expertise and work done.

This is the best place to take your car. They have customer service down to an art form. They are wonderful from every aspect; product, professional, and concern for their customers. They even stayed open late to fix a safety issue that came to their attention while other work was being done to my car. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thanks for everything you do and are.

John made my boyfriend and I’s experience at Gattos amazing. I’ve never been showered with such good hospitality and customer service anywhere else! He helped us get to the root of the problem in under 30 minutes and fixed a 3 day problem in 30 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone a million times.

So disappointed. We have been using Gattos for years. I really hesitate to put this out there but I feel like I need to try to keep other people from being ripped off. I took our 2005 Chevy Silverado in it for an air conditioner problem. Walked out with a quote for $3500 to repair. Pretty much replacing everything. Took it to someone else and ended up with a bill less than $500. Hardly anything need replaced. AC has been working great for over a month now. Wanted to give it some time just to make sure that it was really fixed. Shame on you Gattos.

I LOVE this place! I moved here from the west coast, where I mostly used Jiffy Lube, which I really didn't love, but it's a drive through service, but they'd try to sell you a bunch of other stuff. This place is honest, tells it to you straight, has excellent customer service, fair prices and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that you'll use your own parts and oil and they just charge for labor, because sometimes you already have that stuff, but not the setup or space, as in our case, and Jiffy Lube would never do that because of liability reasons. This place has worked on my car pretty extensively besides an oil change (and I wholeheartedly trust that they did an excellent job). All seems to be working fine after a few weeks to month later. I drive a 2003 Honda Element. My husband took his 2006 manual, diesel Dodge Ram in with his own oil and filter for an oil change recently. It was like $40 and they loved his truck. The guy on the phone is great, the guy at the desk is an awesome, friendly people-person. They have the cutest little minion made up in the waiting room out of car parts for my kids to enjoy. It's usually within a week to get scheduled and just a day wait for 3 or so hours, so I've found it to be really easy with our two vehicles and I think they have some other system, if not. This business seems to be thriving on a really good model, so they'll keep getting us as return customers for sure. Thank you Gattos for your most excellency!!!

I noticed a small nail in my tire recently as I was leaving St. Augustine. I was due in Melbourne Monday and the tire was holding air so I left it until I could find a tire shop. I was thinking if I pulled it and the tire leaked I wanted to be near a tire shop not out on the highway. The next morning in Melbourne I called Gatto's and explained my situation. They said they were short handed but if I got there early they would try to squeeze me in. I did as they suggested and got there in 10 minutes after my call. I told the man at the counter about my call. He grabbed a pair or side cutter pliers and a soap bottle and we went out to my car. In less than 2 minutes he used the spray soap to look for leaks and pull the tiny nail. I offered to pay but he said it was free. Then he told me if I pulled up to the last bay they would check the air in all four tires and air them up. I did as he suggested and pulled up in front of the far vacant bay. No one was there when I pulled up but in less than a minute a man came out from another bay pulling an air hose behind him. He got right to work checking my tire air pressure. He checked the manufacturer's spec's in the door jamb and asked be about my preferences. I told him that I preferred to run them at 35 psi (a bit higher than spec). He didn't argue. He quickly checked and topped off all four tires and when he finished I again asked if I could pay. No thank you he said. I know I should have tipped him but I was a but shocked. I went in expecting to pay $10 or more to have a flat fixed and spending a half hour or more. I was in and out, all four tires checked and aired in under 15 minutes gratis. So, based on my single experience absolutely I would recommend Gatto's. They were courteous and efficient and just took care of business in a snap. It was an impressive positive experience. Oh yeah, their garage and office, customer room were clean and organized as well as their shop was large (5 or more bays) and clean. Their shop inspires confidence as do the employees I met. An all around good impression. Thanks, Gatto's.
