Had a great experience. They took my almost impossible situation and made a deal work around my constraints. They paired me with easily one of my top 5 vehicle wants and made it work. I've never been interested in financing a vehicle, but GenX Motors made it easy and worthwhile.

So my mom got a flyer in the mail about Gen-x motors was having a sale starting today on the 19th and so went went to look at it & I did see a vehicle that I really like & Mr. Tommy went literally beyond with everyone to help to get the van . They all was really amazing and family friendly people.

Ed and these guys did a pretty good job. I can’t complain. I was having a lot of problems finding a transit van even drove hours down to Miami to realize that one of the big dealers basically didn’t tell me that it was had damage and worn out tires wasted a full day going down there, but I told these guys what I needed and the owner of Gen X hunted it down and got one down here from I believe Georgia. no haggling over price they gave me a fair deal upfront like I said if you’re looking for a specific vehicle, give these guys a shot. The owner enjoys hunting down cars and trucks

Eddie and Todd were phenomenal. We shopped around for a few days and weren’t finding the credentials we needed. This was our last stop and we knew within the first 10 minutes once we found the vehicle. They closed in 2 hours and were done in hour and half on a holiday weekend. We were able to look without any pressure. They had no issues adjusting the numbers to get us in and out. 10/10 highly recommend.

These guys make their cars look great on the outside — but don’t be fooled. They know how to hide serious issues and manipulate the check engine codes to make vehicles seem problem-free.
I bought a car from them a while ago. Before purchasing, they told me the motor mounts were bad but offered to fix them before the sale. Once they did, I went ahead and bought the car.
About two weeks later, the car started shaking again. I checked the motor mounts myself, and they looked perfectly fine. Later, I found out the real problem was a blown head gasket — that’s why the car was shaking in the first place.
When I spoke to a trusted mechanic, he told me the check engine light never came on because the dealership likely altered or cleared the codes illegally to hide the issue.
I called the dealership, explained the situation, and even told them I was willing to pay for the repair — they promised to call me back, but never did.
To make matters worse, the very first paper they had me sign was a “Sold As Is” agreement, which limited any chance of recourse. I also found it strange that, despite my perfect credit, they insisted I needed a co-signer — something I haven’t needed in years.
Btw the car sales man his name was Tommy.
I learned my lesson: this dealership is not honest. They’ll smile, polish the car, and make promises — but once you drive off the lot, you’re on your own. Be careful before buying from them.
