Tommy was very helpful in helping my wife with her birthday gift. She come late in the evening before closing in the rain looking for the vehicle she saw online, but didn't see it. He talk with her and told her to come back the next day.He given us a great deal with very little hassle, I highly recommend Gen-X Motors to anyone who wants and needs a vehicle, but don't want the hassles that mostly time come with it.

I was sold a car from a Gen-X Motors tent sale recently .I guess it was a mistake that I would assume that a tent sale would mean you would get a better deal then at the dealer themslves.Boy I was wrong. They jacked up the price from $12,000 to 18,000 which I found out after the fact. I talked with the dealership about it and they explained that the tent sale can be that way. Really!!! I will make sure I tell all that are looking not to go there. I did find others that were priced from 12,000 to 14,000with less miles. And Raoul won't even message me back

Absolutely amazing place. I had no car and kept getting runarounds from other places. I found GenX Motors and the sales guy came and got me in the car I wanted and I test drove it back to the lot. They got me done in about and hour while working off no Internet from a storm. Such wonderful people. I couldn't ask for a better place to buy my car. They work with everyone. Thank you GenX.

This dealership sends out deceptive promotional materials and attempts to intimidate and pressure people into buying vehicles (in my opinion).I received a flyer that said something along the lines of “scratch off this circle, and if your number matches one of the numbers on the right, you win one of these prizes!*” The prizes range from $25,000 cash to a $100 walmart gift card. Of course, the little * denotes that the likelihood of winning any of those prizes is less than 1 in 50,000, the vast majority of people will only get a $5 gift card. You can see some other reviews on this dealership that show examples of these deceptive flyers (this kind of marketing ought to be illegal).Now, I’ve received flyers like these before, so I know the drill. I just wanted my $5 gift card. So I went to their little “sales event” and tried to collect my gift card, and this turned into a 20 minute ordeal of the sales reps and managers trying to pressure me to sell my car and buy a new one. The sales rep was nice, so I didn’t mind playing the game with him, but I didn’t appreciate the sales manager’s aggressive and demanding attitude. It was almost like a poorly choreographed good-cop, bad-cop routine.All-in-all, bad experience. If I can’t even trust your marketing, why in God’s name would I trust you with tens of thousands of dollars of my money and a major life decision?

These people are 100% dishonest. Ignore their deceptive advertising. The mailed flyer clearly states "IF YOUR SYMBOLS MATCH YOU HAVE DEFINITELY WON ONE OF THESE PRIZES" That is a complete lie what you actually won is an entry into a raffle to be held at a later date after you completed a questionnaire asking for lots of personal information I WOULD DEAL WITH THESE JERKS IF THEY WERE THE LAST BUSINESS IN THE STATE. i WOULD LIKE ALL MY FOLLOWERS TO SHARE AND RE-POST THIS REVIEW LETS MAKE THEM FAMOUS I HAVE PICTURES OF THE FLYER SHOULD ANYONE LIKE TO SEE IT

If I could give Gen-X Motors a 10 star review I would!! Absolutely best experience buying a car. We've purchased several cars, and Gen-X Motors was ? % stress free, super easy and flawless. Steve was the best!! He made the process very smooth and easy, he worked with us and the banks to get the best deal possible. We appreciate you Steve, and we love our 2018 Camry!! I signed a contract to have Gen-X Motors sell my 2020 Tesla on consignment in January 2023. Two sales associates, John and Eric were great to meet with, and made me feel comfortable with the establishment. However....it ends there. The administration of this business is totally unprofessional and inaccessible. When they informed me that they had a buyer for my car, I was advised that the transaction would occur the following week. Two days before the transaction however - my Tesla app showed my 2020 Y being driven throughout Melbourne (Old Town, Melbourne International Airport, 192) and ending up in a parking garage near the Indian River - apparently at a condo. When I called Gen-X Motors a manager told me "they were prepping my car for sale" (translation: they had given it to the prospective buyer to drive 2 days before sale was finalized - who, by the way - charged my car at a Tesla station on my Tesla account. To his credit he did offer to pay me back at the time of closing). OK, small town business....I let it slide since no accident or apparent damage had occurred. Subsequently, on the day of closing I asked a Gen-X employee about transfer of funds to my lien holder, and was told "it's a wire transfer and should take about 24 hours". I was given a check for my balance due, with a check stub indicating a balance for lien payoff, but no documentation of actual payment. I returned to Gen-X 3 days later to query, and was told by the finance woman "Oh, I haven't sent it yet, I will later today." I was firm, but polite - and stated I would wait there until she did so, as I was not going to leave without proof of funds transfer in my hand. She proceeded to do some typing and printed out a paper documenting that the funds had been sent to a title transfer company. I waited a few more days - no activity on my loan account noted. I called the title transfer company - and over a series of phone calls informed me that they had not done business with Gen-X Motors in many months, and they advised that I contact an attorney. The following Saturday I returned to Gen-X Motors at 10 am opening, and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that he was not there, and they would not attempt to reach him for me. I was told "it is a 10 day payoff, and your money is on the way" - and I was also told to "leave" the premises immediately, and that I had "upset" their finance person (as I said, I was firm but polite during that interaction - we're talking about my $37,000 loan payoff). The payment was in fact credited by the following Wednesday. An honorable business would have been up front about the true nature of the transfer and provided accurate documentation at the time of sale. They also wouldn't have allowed the buyer to take possession two days early, or at least asked my permission first. Seller beware!!

Amazing store!!! They have plenty great options of cars. I saw the car I wanted online, and talked to Tommy through the phone before I headed down there. He helped me so much and guided me for the best deal possible. I drove almost 4 hours to check the store, they traded in my car and I left with a new perfect condition one!! Absolutely the greatest people in this store!! They work with you to find the best solution for both sides!!! Tommy and his team are incredible and made my dream of owning a Volvo come true!!! Thank you!!! I recommend for everyone!!! You will not regret

They ran a credit check without asking me. Attempted to sell me a car with an as is sticker on the window for a price I could not afford. The only positive thing I can say is the staff is friendly. Do not fall for the mailer that says you won, or you won a car.
