I called about bringing in my car to get fixed on an insurance claim. I wasn’t sure how the process works and the receptionist was very rude and condescending to me. I’m glad I found another place to bring my business as our conversation got heated very quickly. Very poor customer service.

Already spoke with the manager, he was 1000% sure he couldn’t do a better job - His words! The problem is clear in the pictures. This was my father’s van, it is about two months old. My father is afraid to argue. I told the manager this is unacceptable as a professional repair and it is not finished. I informed him right there I will file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), including this google review. And, that I will also file with their Corporation. So the issue is that the door has no sharp lines/edges on the repair side. It is also recessed back further and the non damaged side is further out. The lock hinge is still off center crooked as was before the repair. I did let them know about that before submitting the van for the repair. When I brought it to their attention they took the van back and when they returned it after a quick adjustment, the hinge was still crooked but now the light plastic panel was yanked out and would not sit flush. At this point the manager walked out. I clearly expressed my concern but he was 1000% set in his way. He said this is the best job he could do and could not be done better, he was 1000%. I told him I firmly disagree. At this point my father being afraid and against my word went and paid. For doing that they are dirt! The initial estimate was about 3000$. I called to let them know about the review and they went off telling me I threatened them, and such. They also told me that since I wasn't the owner I can't review them or file complaints. They are wrong again! So, calling them to tell them to read their review is supposedly a threat to them. Should such a small repair that they charge so much and make it so expensive, be this dissatisfactory? What a trash experience. Ask yourself this before you use them. This is their work, look at it! Update: I have added some photos from our other vehicle to see what it is like for everything to alight correctly. Something to expect after so much money paid. Thousands of dollars for some quick bending and banging, then some sloppy sanding with bondo, and then paint? Is that what you are looking for? If you question their work, don't you dare! This is nothing more than a $500 dollar job at the most. Terrible quality.
