I lost a day of travel and an extra $250 because their itinerary was 2 hours wrong. Nothing resolved in the near 6 months since my travel, no effort to follow up on the resolution. I wanted to like these guys, but ..

I had to book a trip during this pandemic for my family and I and they did everything to find the best deal at Christmas time . Customer service was great they accommodate the change I made after booking and keep me informed until the day of the trip about travel ban etc in the country . Will book again .Thank you . Merci
