Purchasing from this goodwill is a risky gamble. There are no returns allowed, no fitting rooms, no bathrooms, and no outlets to test electronic products before purchasing. I am okay with thrift stores not offering fitting rooms as I wear something I can try clothes on over, but this goodwill has about 2 good mirrors to look in when you try things on. My locals Savers has 2 large clean mirrors in every aisle so you don’t have to wait to check how something fits in the mirror. If you purchase clothing and want to return it, you can’t. You have 3 days to decide if you want to exchange it for another item in the store. No store credit available. Prices are relatively high for used items, and many of the items available have large stains, rips, tears, or are very worn. They offer discounts by tagging items with a color as they are donated, and rotate through the colors. If an item has the color of the week, it is 50% off, which makes items much more reasonably priced for a thrift store. However, employees are instructed to remove all items from that week’s color from the aisles so that no actual discounts are offered. They do this on the first day of the color, and if you are there on the last day of the color and ask what the next days color will be, they aren’t allowed to tell you. I’ve also noticed the employees generally seem unhappy and and aren’t shy about complaining that you’re there and giving unfriendly looks. I don’t know what’s going on with goodwill, but overall I hope there are better thrift stores out because this one is quite an unpleasant experience.

I have donated hundreds of dollars of merchandise. Most of the time when I donate I turn around and buy something as well. I had bought a pair of jeans about a week ago. Hadn’t had a chance to try them on till today due to work schedule. They unfortunately were too big. They still had the tag on it and I wanted to just exchange or get at least something the right size. I was told they couldn’t do anything. So I just handed them back to them. This is not good business at all. They are receiving everything for free already. To make an even exchange was not asking too much. I will not be going back there. My future donations will go elsewhere.

Who prices this stuff?Everything is way over priced. What a waste of time. There definitely needs to be some training for whoever is pricing things because I know they wouldn’t pay the price they are putting on things.I’ll just write it off to poor management.

I couldn't believe the finds here. The already great prices had 'hidden' discounts for a particular color of tag on certain days. The store is clean, has friendly employees, and is very well organized.

Nice, clean, and a huge selection. I was able to get a few items I needed to complete a costume for very cheap. Donating is also incredibly easy.

Employee Dahlia A. Was extremely rude. She raised her voice and yelled for no reason other than her complete lack of regard for customer service. If a customer is having a problem, kindly service them to clear any misunderstandings and issues. Instead of doing that, she resorted to raising her voice. She needs adequate training or needs to be given another job in which she can display her colorful personality to those deserving of such treatment!

Who is responsible for pricing?!?! There's no rhyme or reason and some of the most random, used and beat up items are priced so high!

If you are open for business your restroom should also be open for business. I gladly ditched my buggy of items and took myself elsewhere. Unacceptable ❌

Since the remodeling, there are no changing rooms anymore. They say they have a 3 day return policy, but what they don't say is that you don't get cash, only a voucher for the shop, so you're stuck with them..even if you don't find anything...It also got expensive, some of the items are the same price as new...I went back one more time to ask for Christmas cards. 3 employees told me yes they do have them but nobody was able to tell me where they were exactly, so I left again and went to the dollar store next door.

If I could leave no stars I would. They patrol the donations and grade them. Today I was told my 4 nice stools couldn’t be accepted because they weren’t perfect? What? It’s a thrift store. Not a new furniture boutique! Meanwhile a sofa sits right out their doorway with urine stains. I won’t donate another dollar there again! The thrift store nearby was thankful for my contribution. Goodwill is clearly missing the mission!

It's pretty nice here. Experience was ok. The problem here today was that at least at this location there are no changing rooms. So there is a woman who is standing in a main aisle trying on shirt after shirt which leaves her standing there repeatedly in her bra. I think that is public indecency. No employee has asked her to stop and when I said something I was told they would do something which they obviously haven't. This has been going on for about a half hour now

$300 for a USED, ARTIFICIAL 10’ Christmas tree?! Goodwill used to be cheap and now they’re just greedy. Donate to LOCAL thrift stores ONLY. Do not spend your good money on goodwill garbage anymore. I won’t be.

A very large Goodwill with LOTS of clothes. The racks are so full because the prices are TOO high now! Come on, reduce the prices or have "real" color tag sales, and maybe your clothing racks won't be stuffed to the gills. You get the stuff for FREE. $7 to $15 for clothes? $6 to $9 for used puzzles? There are thrift stores with much better pricing.*FYI - NO more dressing rooms. 3 day return policy for clothes - I was told.

Great finds and many treasures. Always play great music! Our neighborhood Goodwill location is conveniently located and super clean. I have found some great items at a fair price at this location (fine china, collectibles, Bombay items, unique finds, etc). If you see something that you feel is overpriced, see the manager. The outcome may surprise you. Shamefully, due to high theft and short staffing, many businesses are making changes with their dressing room availability. They clearly post a 3 day return policy.
