I had an expensive dining room set but it was 20 years old and the seat cushions were sinking. I took them in. They explained all about webbing and I decided on new padding and upholstery as well. Great job done in a timely manner. My set looks like brand new!

I came to Hank’s with a request to help fix a tear in my horse’s fly sheet. Though probably not their typical realm of work, they did an amazing job! I can’t even tell where the damage was - it looks brand new. They were incredibly friendly, worked quickly, and were beyond reasonable. I’ll definitely be back for any upholstery needs and would fully recommend to anyone!

We have an antique rocker that has been in our family for years that was in need of desperate repair. Jeff did an amazing job of restoring the leather seat and back. Jeff was so wonderful to work with and we were so pleased to have our grandfathers special rocker restored. this shop damaged my nissan 370z and wont take responsibility. they couldnt handle the job replacing my convertible top. they refuse to fix the mechanical problems they caused with my car. it now beeps and wont stop, they stripped the manual open, left the release dettached in the trunk. shady unethical unprofessional crew that just denys facts. i had an inspection at nissan and they want 18k to fix it. steer clear of this shop who hacked my car up. very unhappy.
they made it look good cosmetically only. unbelieveable. owner is a liar and a cheat.

There were zero mechanical issues with the top prior to this guys work. He’s the only one who touched it and Nissan proved that it was indeed his fault. Whatever he did was a ticking time bomb and he’s trying to save face by blaming the parts and warranty. Facts are facts. Stand behind your work and fix the damage or reap the consequences of doing shady business. I would advise everyone to stay away! Stick to covering chairs.

I don’t know where Hank is but I can assure you that Jeff and the crew at Hanks Upholstery are the real deal. My Subaru developed a large tear on the front seat; Hanks Upholstery repaired it perfectly. There is not even one tiny difference between the repaired surface and the original seat cover. Jeff delivered the repair in one day and at the exact estimated price. Exemplary service and craftsmanship…go see Hank! Or Jeff.

Outstanding work in a very reasonable time.
Sent them the seat for my dirtbike to get recovered, and have the foam rebuild. They did it better than OEM.
So happy with the work performed and will be using them again for future endeavors.
