I am doing talk to text due to a broken wrist. I am not sure who has a better review, me or hospice therapy dog, Parsley ? The care, friendliness and professionalism made me feel like I was part of their work family.Therapy Dog, Parsley, accompanied me and made many new friends ?. I can't remember everyone's names, but shout outs to Katie, Angela and Nebula's human mom.Thanks again for making my first (and hopefully last) experience with a broken bone tolerable. Parsley and I promise to make a visit when I'm all healed.

Receptionist on phone was rude, disrespectful and didn’t listen to me one bit. Also barely spoke English. Wouldn’t recommend based on that first impression alone. Would give 0/5 if possible

Had a great experience stopping by Occupational Health again. Dr. MacDonald, Tina, and Jasmine were wonderful. Dislike the M&A-induced price hikes though.

First impressions they say are lasting ones and let me tell you, Jasmine, such an awesome soul. One never wants to not feel well,but her spirit most definitely lifts you up. The entire staff was helpful courteous and professional.

Jasmine DeJesus was truly both outstanding and a saving grace. I had to get an immediate Covid 19 test due to being exposed and Jasmine made it happen. I had my results in 20 minutes and Thankfully was able to return to work. Her friendly smile made me feel like she had my best interest in hand. Brevard County as a whole is fortunate to have healthcare workers with hearts such as Jasmine.

Front desk staff is very rude. Very short, curt and did not treat me like an injured patient seeking medical treatment should be treated, apparently they do not realize I am also a customer. I have never been treated so rudely at a doctor's office in my life. The physician was very gruff throughout my visit and said he was overworked and that I better not be late to my follow up appointment because he doesn't have time for late arrivals or no-shows. There is more to add, as I was treated poorly throughout my visit but I don't have time to write the whole story, just suffice it to say that if you have any choice in the matter, find another place to see a doctor.
