My sister in law is just getting moved in. The staff, Teresa and Jackie, have been so very helpful. I would not have been able to get it all done if they weren't they weren't has helpful as they were. Thank you so very much!!

I applied for housing and was told the minimum requirements and was told that my income was close enough. I submitted an application and was turned down because I didn't make enough money. Per the paperwork I submitted, I had to pay certain fees which are refundable if I'm not approved. It's been 17 days since I was denied, and I still haven't received a refund.

I like my apartment and plan on making it my permanent residence. However I have some issues that I can't get resolved. As a disabled person it makes some issues more difficult. The first is that the front door is so hard to open that I have to stand and push with both hands. I was told it would fixed before I moved in. I am still waiting. The second is the smell. The office manager told me that it was the new paint. After living there a month I found that the previous tenant had died in there and was not found for three months. I was told a month before I could not move in because they were replacing the carpet. Not one inch of the apartment has new carpeting. The spell of the dead lady is gone but I can't get rid of the cigarette smell. Being disabled it causes me to get bronchitis. It is so bad that I have to go and sleep at my mother's house. I know there is no use going to the office staff because they will lie to me again and do nothing. I asked for the security code three times and never received it. They make you pay for cable with your rent, the office manager would not send a letter telling the cable company that I was the new tenant. I paid for two months of cable and got nothing. Finally in the third month she said she would do me a favor and send them a message. I had cable within four hours. The wood underneath the sink is molded and mildewed and I can't use the space at all. The refrigerator and freezer are constantly being filled with fruit flies. I don't cook so there is no food left out. I can't keep food in the refrigerator and the ice cubes are filled with fruit flies. I don't understand where they are coming from. It is difficult for me to get to the dumpster because it is too far for me and walk and not easy to get in and out of my truck. I would like to take any trash I might have out every night. Seems to be a communication breakdown in the office. Slow to address the problem, and then another week to get the professional on. It's fixed and I'm happy

Living here is safe, comfortable, with friendly neighbors and excellent staff. There are monthly events served with refreshments provided by office staff. The community center is available for those who like to shoot pool or play Bingo, Rummikub, or the card game "Hand and Foot"! We have a very clean pool, where you can either take a dip or just sit and relax and enjoy the view! I am enjoy living here and having fun! Come join us!!!

Everything went well with our tour and rental. Love the community. Office staff was friendly, courteous and attentive to all our needs. We fill safe here. Apartment is great. Our AC system did not work well when we moved in for a couple of days, but staff got on it quite quickly and fix it. So we are happy to call this place home.
