I had found a dress that I loved and was heartbroken when my size had sold out. One of the girls working retail, their name was Cayden I believe, was extremely kind and professional and helped me get the exact dress I wanted in the proper size ordered directly to my house with free shipping and discount from signing up for the rewards! I appreciate the kindness of the employees:)

Talk to the manager about exchanging a holster jeans with tags still on them. Unfortunately I don’t have a receipt and I understand the return policy, however just to exchange the size found her absolutely rigid and un accommodating. Sorry to deal with that attitude.

Management is extremely rude to its employees, they send employees home short noticed and call in someone to replace them, managers are very egotistical and all they do is sort clothes and fold jeans. I would never work here ever again or encourage anyone to get one here aswell as shop here. Terrible hospitality from them.

When we visited the store a couple of days ago, it had a nice selection of shirts, hoodies, ... we have not seen in any other Hollister store we went to during the last few days.The prices, discounts and deals were great, too and we left with three large bags full of new clothes for the entire family w/out blowing a huge hole into our wallets.

Small & Xsmall didn't realize that Brevard County had so many Men who wear small and Xsmall. Very pricey and doesn't smell ad good as they use to.
