Terrible countertop buying experience. They had to come back twice due to the countertops not being cut correctly so they left us without counters for a month then they weren’t installed properly and they refusing to come out and fix them and coming up with every possible excuse how it’s not their fault.

Stump Grinder - Not!
5 stars for personnel running the rentals; they charged me only half price after describing the total failure of their grinder, and were both knowledgeable and helpful.
Zero stars for the mid-sized stump grinder itself which was worse than worthless - downright dangerous. It's tiny 2 3/4" depth, 3/4" wide single cutting blade was normally prevented from digging into stump by the steel shroud tightly encasing it. It took 3 of us to lift & push the machine to different angles to try to achieve any satisfaction (it's very heavy); then we noticed the gasoline pouring out of the vented gas cap onto the hot engine. Woah.
Had a friend permanently badly disfigured in high school from that situation, lawn mower on an angle leaked gas the same way onto it's hot running motor, ignited, blew up the gas tank covering him with burning liquid gasoline.
Grinder had no self propulsion, and was a real bear to move on the typical Florida soil that's mostly sand.
This grinder would work on a small stump e.g. less than 6" diameter and under 6" high, but why bother. Dig it out and cut it out with a sawzall having the 12" wood blade.

It's too bad every time I come here I can't help but notice how bad it's getting. It's too bad the manager or owner wouldn't take any advice from the people that like us that spend the most time here. It's things like constantly having the large machinery running during the day while people are trying to get the large carts down the isles and having more and more displays in the isles making it impossible to get through. Or locking up the electrical wiring but never having anyone on hand with a key. Or today the had some kind of construction happening right above the checkouts. But what do I know? I'm only here everyday.

Consistent poor service. Employees who don’t care. Too many self checkouts with poor staffing for issues.

The reason I chose curbside pick up is because my husband hurt his back and we needed help loading. This is the second time we had to load it our self which defeated the curbside pickup. Secondly. It took over 30 minutes for them to bring us our order. Apparently they didn’t get the alert when we sent the required message “we’re here”. To top it off, I called to see why it is taking so long- customer service hung up on me. Very frustrating and disappointing

12/202024 8:50 Both checkouts #1 refused to give $32 change. I ended up leaving my cart and walking out.... AND JUST TO SHOW HOW MUCH THEY REALLY DON'T CARE THE FEMALE CASHIER FROM #1 YELLS "HAVE A NICE DAY" AS I'M LEAVING.
First of all the far left isle was so absurdly full of junk, I mean way worse than the normal online orders, I just sort of looked at plotting my path. A single person without a cart could not have got through, I was climbing over scrap pallets with piles of Easysand dust 8" deep, random bails of insulation scattered around, shoving carts of trash aside, finally got to the hardi backer and shoved another full pallet of insulation aside. The whole time I'm thinking this is absurd, crazy, I'm like climbing through a trash dump, I can't believe they even let me do this for safety reasons.SO I GET TO CHECKING OUT... I wait in #2 that's having some issue with a customer, I'm called over to #1 by a female cashier, my total is $67 something, she says she has no change for $100. It's only $32 change? She yells at #2 who also says no change for $100. Female from #1 tells me I can go to self checkout. I thought about it a second like you got to be kidding me... first off all I know I can't get to self checkout, the isles are too full, I would have to load my sheets onto another cart upright, then futz with large sheets and a $100 bill at self check out? I said "no I'm not doing that. This store is crazy, the whole isle is full of junk, you don't have any money, I'll leave this in your junk isle and go somewhere else".
Previous review... I ordered a roll of wire online. It's available at the store but everything is locked up, they're under staffed, and it takes 20+ minutes to get help, not to mention the isles typically blocked or piled full of junk so you cant get to what you want. So, I order online and the put it in a locker so I can pick up a 4:30am with no traffic on the way to work. The lockers say 24hr pick up not available so it was a waste of time. I sit in traffic to get back over there at 5pm, open my locker, and once again it's a joke... roll of wire has been stabbed with a fork lift and insulation damaged deep into the roll. So I walk strait in and return it. No more in the store so it is now a SECOND wasted trip. And, I'm sure they'll try sell it again to someone else.
I'm a contractor, I'm forced to spend thousands and thousands here. Lately I'm averaging 2 out of 3 online orders they give you damaged trash and it's a total waste of time. I've got caulking tubes that are clearly busted open, screening spline that was scraps instead of the 300' bulk package I ordered, and the list goes on....
Rental has been no better.. tried to rent a boom lift... they charged me like $2,000 deposit and then not one of the lifts they had in the parking lot was functional with working tail lights. I connected to 3 different ones and then went down to palm bay where the issues continued with another $2,000 deposit and getting to the job site only to find the bucket controls didn't work... I spent 1/2 a day driving back and forth trying there busted up lifts while each time they guaranteed me they were all good and they maintained there items.
And then there's the constant removal of quality products from the store for cheep crap with a higher profit margin. Every year it gets worse. I hope we get some competition in the south soon, Menards, Fleet Farm,...

Do not use their installation service. They incorrectly measured when I ordered a new cooktop and now I had to go to Amazon to find a proper trim kit as they don't offer one.

After the 3rd associate I was able to get the electrical connections I needed.
More importantly there are no lights in the parking lot! I told an associate and they just shrugged their shoulders. That lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Why don’t you just close the store at 9:00 PM? 50% of the aisles were blocked with your night stocking inventory. Wow it was impressive how you couldn’t get any help with your employees just hanging out in large groups. I had to interrupt the group of 6 employees standing by check out for help. I asked for a paper towel holder. I was shocked when he said you don’t carry them in your stores, and I should go to your website and order one. So while sitting in my car in your parking lot I ordered one from Amazon that will be delivered tomorrow. I guess they were waiting till 10:00 PM to start working stocking shelves. Sadly I saw an elderly man trip over one of your pallets blocking the items he needed. We all know Morgan and Morgan love to represent those who get hurt in stores.

Refused to cut plywood before a hurricane because their saw was "broke". A place that sells saws cant cut wood because their saw is broke?
How do I know the Merritt Island Home Depot admitted they were not cutting wood on purpose.
More like you make more money selling windows than you do plywood!
