Big antique mall, lots of dealers. Clean and you can get a great vintage antiques. Staff are totally friendly even if you don’t buy always smile and welcoming. Just something all dealers have over priced same items in other stores 50% cheap

For as large as this place is I was constantly followed around the store by the same three employees even though there were other people currently in the store. There were no reason for them to think we were being suspicious. It was just me, my sister, my niece and my daughter without anything but our wallets. (No strollers or baby bags) But were continued to be followed around the whole store. I feel that I was discriminate against because of our color. I could not look at anything without one of the employees running into me, the store is big enough where they did not lap the store that quickly run into me 20 seconds later when I went around the corner to look for something. I literally had one lady look around me to see what I had in my hand while I was holding my daughter. I will never be shopping at this establishment again. It’s really sad that people still discriminate on color as I love to thrift and to see antique items. I’m very disappointed in this establishment.

The Indian River Antique Mall is a large establishment housing a wide variety of items from numerous vendors and small businesses. The layout is extensive, with dozens of rows filled with diverse selections. It's a place where you could easily spend an hour or more if you want to thoroughly explore everything it has to offer.
One of the primary attractions of such a store is the thrill of thrift shopping, where customers expect to find unique items at affordable prices. Unfortunately, this expectation is not always met here. Many vendors seem to have lost sight of the essence of thrift shopping. Prices are often exorbitantly high, particularly for heavily used items. For instance, $65 for a single uranium tea cup and $28 for a small crystal necklace are quite steep and serve as a significant drawback.
An especially disappointing experience was with one particular booth that had crystals locked away in a case. When I asked the sales associate, Michelle, for assistance, her demeanor was notably rude. None of the crystals were labeled or priced visibly from outside the case; the labels were on the bottom of each item. Despite this, I was not permitted to touch any item. Michelle insisted that I point out what I wanted, and she would read the label and price to me, citing "store policy." This policy is particularly frustrating for crystal shoppers who often need to handle crystals to feel their energy and authenticity. If I hadn't been with friends who wanted to continue browsing, I would have left out of sheer frustration.
Adding to the negative experience, during checkout, my friend was also assisted by Michelle, and it took her forever to ring up less than 10 items. She couldn't read the price on several items and had to call the store manager or the vendor to figure out the correct price. This resulted in a very obnoxious checkout process, further tarnishing the overall experience.
Overall, while the Indian River Antique Mall has a broad array of items and could be a fun place to explore, the high prices and poor customer service experiences significantly detract from its appeal.

I love this store! I travel almost 2 hours (one way) just to go here. Prices are reasonable and I always find something.

Horrible staff!! I feel pity for the vendors who rely on this staff to help sell their items. One elder lady almost talked my aunt out of buying a piece of jewelry. And the other was not helpful at all. I had a question about a piece of jewelry I was looking at and I was completely ignored by the two lady’s working behind the front counter. Completely ignored! I honestly feel sorry for the vendors. The staff needs to be retrained in customer service. There could had been a sale, but their lazy childish act lost a sale. Horrible service!! Those neglectful old ladies seriously need to be restaffed.

Love the variety and so many things to look at!! Most of the workers are so so nice too. There is one that was wearing a blue shirt tonight Saturday Feb. 17th that came in demanding things and was just flustered and making everyone else on edge. I really hope she’s not the manager because she was “leading” horribly if that’s the case. She needs to take a breath and ask if anyone needs help instead of demanding things when people are busy! She came in telling people what to do and then went to combining two different peoples purchases. I understand it’s closing time but it’s ok if it’s one minute late because the workers are wrapping up. No need to treat everyone like that. Other than that though the place is amazing!! The guy at the front counter is so kind. And all of the other women were kind as well.

Indian River Antique Mall has a lot of stuff packed into their building. One of the cleanest, neatly organized places of this type I’ve been in. All vendor spaces were very well arranged. I’ve been to some that just have their things all over their booth. Not here, the owners seem to be on top of keeping the building very organized. Cudos to them. Nice parking lot of their own plus Target is attached to the property. I really liked that employees were walking around keeping an eye on things and helping customers. I witnessed one employee ask a customer if she could carry their items to the front for them so they could continue shopping. Great customer service. We’ll be back.

I visited this mall the week it opened for the first time and met the owner and staff. I have been back every month for the last 18 and have been impressed by the wonderful clean and orderly appearance of the mall. If you don’t like the musty smell of other antique malls, this is the place for you.

This is a really cool place. Actually a lot bigger than it looks, and they got just about something for everyone. All kinds of neat stuff, prices vary depending on vendor, condition, age, rareity, etc. Most of the stuff was pretty fairly priced. Will definitely pop in here again when I get a chance.

Great large antique mall. So much to look at. A lot of items are way over priced. They do have some great buys. You just have to look for them. Very clean mall. Friendly staff. We will be back
