Once they have your information they don't call you back, I tried calling the business numerous time to no answer. I'm trying to fix a reservation issue and they don't want to resolve the issue feels like a scam.

SCAM ALERT. BEWARE. We contracted Instant Luxury Rentals to provide our wedding getaway car, a 2020 Ferrari 488 GT Spider. After speaking with Carlos Ramos and another associate named Alberto, we were assured that utilizing their services meant that we would be taken care of without worry or inconvenience. The contract was for 3 days — Friday thru Sunday (our wedding was on Saturday). The car was to be dropped off at the address in Rosemary Beach, Florida (provided to both representatives) before any of the day’s events were to begin. Because I’m ultra-careful and sometimes far too thorough, I had each of them recite the drop-off address to me for confirmation.Cut to Friday morning, my fiancé received an email from Instant Luxury Rentals that our reservation had been cancelled. The email had been sent overnight. The company’s reason for the cancellation was an “address change.” This was not the case. In the several conversations that we exchanged with both representatives and in correspondence, not a single other location had ever been discussed. Once they realized how royally they had screwed up, they stopped taking our phone calls — mine and my fiancé’s. Naturally, our best man stepped in to make calls. They took his first call and, thereafter, added him to the list of calls they dodged, so I took to the chat option within their website. “Carlos Ramos” responded to my chat. I explained my plight, that this was for my wedding, and that someone needed to fix this immediately. “Carlos” responded by reassuring me and said (verbatim): “I made a call to higher up and see what situation we can do to make things happen please bare with me as soon I get an answer back.” After explaining that this was a breach of contract on their end and how this was wrecking our wedding plans, I told him he would be hearing from our attorney if this was not resolved. After a while, our attorney drafted a letter and sent it to the company. Within 20 minutes of receiving this letter, my fiancé received a phone call from the Owner, pacifying him with promises of delivery that evening or early the following morning (Saturday), at the latest, even if he had to personally deliver it himself. No matter the questions we had for him, he was full of empty promises and assurances.Needless to say, we never received the vehicle but we were charged for 3 days. They had trouble upholding their end of the contract, but had no trouble taking our money. The day we signed the contract, only the deposit was to be taken out of our cc; however, they took the full amount which was ~$6,000. After all of this was said and done and the day(s) passed, they would not refund our money. If my review can thwart even one person from being swindled by this fraudulent group of unethical, unconscionable, shameless thieves, I’ve done my part.*Edit: Response TO the OwnerBased on your generic auto-generated response that gets copied and pasted to all dismal reviews, it doesn't quite seem like you read mine. Your offer to help after you defrauded us of $6,000 appears only to be for the benefit of future clients that may read my review. It's disingenuous, just as the multiple phone calls filled with your vapid, empty promises from "the owner" and the staff on the heels of the most important day of our lives. Simply put, this is bad business.

This place does not have their stuff together. Needed to rent a Lamborghini for a week, worked with Carlos who was kind enough to help. Then my insurance wanted the vin number to make sure adequate coverage was on the vehicle they wouldn’t give it. I kid you not the manager said if I had the vin and insured it, I would technically own the vehicle at that point. Lol, he then said I would get a call from the owner which I never did. The manager was extremely rude and could not tell me which color I was going to get. I believe now they do not own any cars and are a joke. Look at all the other reviews. I would give them zero stars. Stay away from these cheap imitators. Fortunately enough, I went with another place and got my Lambo for the week.

First reserved a Lamborghini the day before calls and says car is still out and that I will have to pay additional money to reserve Ferrari 488 not my fault. Car was ok however returned car In exact Shape its been almost 2 months and have not received my deposit back. I've called at least 10 to 15 times as well as txt asking for documentation that car was returned in condition I received it in as well as checking on deposit. Carlos must be the only person that works has said he will have the finance department give me a call. I have not received one telephone call back from ANYONE one time.

i will not use instant luxury again they took 3000 thousdand out my checking account after i cancelled and will not put my money back or let me speak to someone in the finance dept they keep telling me someone will get in touch with i m about to let my bank file fraud charge to anyone looking to use this rental company please did not im out of 3000 thousand and i did not have money to waste anna riley

Reserved a Ferrari for pick up in Myrtle Beach, NC at the airport. The communication was less than stellar and that should have been my warning. I received no details as to how/where I was going to pick the car up. After bugging their customer service they finally responded that within 24 hours of the pickup time they would give me the cell phone number of the delivery guy who was going to bring the car to the airport. 24 hours came and went. I sent another email - no response I called their customer service # with no response - voicemail. I kept calling their customer service #. I was now about to board my flight from Dulles, VA and as I sat down in my seat, less than 3 hours before my pick up time, they called me back. They made the excuse that the car had gone in for a service and was delayed so they will be cancelling my contract. They told me I would not be charged and somehow they expected me to receive that as the good news. I asked about a replacement car since I was about to fly to the airport and needed a car. Their response was sorry, we do not have any cars but, at least we are not charging you. I hung up, called Hertz and booked a car in 5 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have sent them a photocopy of my drivers license and credit card, front and back and all of the other PII and will not be shocked if one of these criminals tries to use that data. All I got in exchange was the run around. 1 star is not small enough and I will be filing a BBB complaint as well.

This organization does not even deserve the one star I'm rating them. I attempted to rent an exotic vehicle from them at the Atlanta Georgia location but was unsuccessful due to me not meeting their renters qualifications. I sent all of my personal details and documentation as required on April 9th, no one ever replied and or acknowledged documentation. This organization does not even deserve the one star I'm rating them. I attempted to rent an exotic vehicle from them at the Atlanta Georgia location but was unsuccessful due to me not meeting their renters qualifications. I sent all of my personal details and documentation as required on April 9th, no one ever replied and or acknowledged documentation. I had to follow up with them (2) days later inquiring if they received my details. They sent me the e-sign credit card authorization form to complete online and stated they needed the form and to verify my insurance prior to completing my reservations. On April 12th they inform me my insurance did not meet the qualifications and that I needed to have and or send them personal insurance in order to complete my reservations. I informed the CSR immediately all of my vehicles were registered under my company insurance and to hold off until the next day until I was able to have my business partner to make the reservations. Not even one hour later, they run my card for the full amount of the rental although they spoke with me verbally and sent me an email stating I needed personal insurance. Not to mention they did all this 3 days prior to my arrival into Atlanta. I sent them an email immediately to inform them I was a bit concerned on why I was charged if I did not meet the requirements. I informed them on April 13th since I did not meet the qualifications and will have someone else to proceed with the reservations please ensure you refund my card. (You would think that was common sense right?) If one did not meet qualifications and someone else would be renting the vehicle you should refund the customers card who did not get approved right?) Nope....They reached out to me (1) day before my departure to tell me the vehicle I had reserved was in a terrible wreck although the last time I checked my reservations weren't even accepted due to me not meeting the qualifications. I arrived in Atlanta on April 15 at 10:16am and received a call at 4:00pm asking me did I want the rental. I told them no thank you and that my business partner and I went with another merchant. I returned from Atlanta on April 18th to find the charges still hadn't been reversed, I called and called and called all during the normal times of business hours and no one answered the phone. I sent an email on the 22nd of April at 11:21am again during normal business hours and no one ever returned my email (laughs). I had to call from my business phone just to get someone to answer smh just a complete mess. I sent emails after emails only to get a response " I hope this email finds you well. I've followed up with back office. The Lamborghini Urus was delivered as promised as the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport located at 6000 N Terminal Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30320 on 4/15/2021 at 6:00pm EST. The vehicle was parked at the airport for the full during on the rental (3 days) in case you changed your mind on canceling the rental as we offer no refunds on cancellations. All information you've provided qualified you as a renter as vehicle was delivered in a timely manner. Management advisor a voucher can be provided for future reservation within 6 months of issued date First off this was all lies...I guess they forgot the majority of our conversation was conducted via email...therefore I have tons of email traffic indicating I was told I did not meet the renters qualification and that I needed to provide personal insurance to complete my PENDING reservation....all while they had already charged my credit card $4,362.62. This company is a joke...all of a sudden I met the qualifications and all of a sudden you are telling me you dropped off a 300 thousand plus Lamborghini Urus at the Atlanta Airport at 4:00pm well after my arrival time just in case I'd changed my mind. Stop playing with me and my intelligence. I have filed a compliant with the Federal Trade Commission for fraud and unauthorized charges made against my card prior to validating my Auto Insurance. I enjoyed my Lamborghini rental while traveling. This company knows how luxury rentals and the experience is all about. They delivered and picked the car, wherever I was located on time. Awesome company, would definitely recommend them to anyone.
