“I was a bit harsh when the store was not open during posted hours. The 4 stars is a reflection of the Hours posted on door and website are inaccurate. Having said that, when I needed assistance with one of our phones that I ABSOLUTELY jacked up when transferring devices, the staff were amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. They didn't make me feel like a Nuisance or incompetent. Absolutely recommend...just call first.”
“Trinity is amazing! i truly loved how attentive she was and quick to fix any issues i had, i originally came in for some tech issues that she helped me resolve but i still wasn’t fully satisfied so she helped me get into a new phone the whole process with her was extremely quick and easy and her manners and politeness made the interaction soo much better , i definitely will be coming back to see her! T-Mobile is definitely lucky to have staff like her ☺️”
“I have had their service for about 4 years, and today is the first issue I have ever had. A peice of equipment quit working, and they had to replace it. Once they got here, it was 30 minutes, and I was back up and running.The thing I like most about their service is that even during heavy storms I have excellent internet. No lags or cut outs.Thank you guys for your internet service.”
