“I was a bit harsh when the store was not open during posted hours. The 4 stars is a reflection of the Hours posted on door and website are inaccurate. Having said that, when I needed assistance with one of our phones that I ABSOLUTELY jacked up when transferring devices, the staff were amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. They didn't make me feel like a Nuisance or incompetent. Absolutely recommend...just call first.”

“I have had their service for about 4 years, and today is the first issue I have ever had. A peice of equipment quit working, and they had to replace it. Once they got here, it was 30 minutes, and I was back up and running.The thing I like most about their service is that even during heavy storms I have excellent internet.
