12/7/2023 I got my Eye exam & ordered new frame & the service was excellent we have been dealing with this location for several years & they are very good.Recommend to everyone.

Let me just say how thankful I am for the ladies there! They helped entertain my 3 year old so that I could look at frames for my new glasses! She was great!!!! She also offered input when I couldn’t decide which frames to pick out! Also the optometrist is always friendly and very knowledgeable! Recommend to all!

I have been going to get my glasses and eye exams at JCPenney for several years and have always loved the service and care that I receive from Dr. Heiple and the staff. They go out of there way to help me with my selection of glasses and give great advice about what frames and lenses are best for my needs!! I recommended JCPenney Optical and Dr. Heiple to everyone!!!

This was my first visit to JCPenney's Optical! I have to say the staff was very friendly, and I was done with my appointment within 40-50 mins which was very convient!! Out of all the various optometrist I have been too, JCP and one other location has done a thorough eye exam!!! Thank you JCPenney's, I really do appreciate you guys so much!!

I purchased glasses in March 2019 and liked them so much, my husband purchased the same in November 2019. His pair began to break just as everything closed over the virus. We emailed and were told nothing could be done. An extended warranty was offered for two months but we are about to be past that point. My glasses just today broke in the very same manner as my husband's. I emailed to see if they could at least let us know when they would reopen. We spend $647 on glasses. You'd think they would be treating their customers as if they want to keep them.

I have very bad experience with this JCPenney Optical Location Melbourne Mall, Melbourne Fl. I have purchased eye glasses in the past They always ask the customer to pay the full price Before you walk out the store & before you receive your glasses,, now the problem is the lady gave me a price for the new eye glasses,, after I agreed on the price & wasting my time 2 hours, she comes back & gave me new price which is higher I let it because I just Want to be finished & go home,, Same story happened again but this time she increased my price $140 when I questioned that she said I am sorry we will refund you the money back,, Bottom line I have never received money back*** And the receipt has the total only,, the price should be broken down, for example how much is the frame, how much is the eye lenses, how much for the eye exam, But know the never gave detailed receipt like other stores,,, so my advice take your business somewhere else,, Also when I question the receipt they try to play game by saying I'm not the one who put the price on and you know the rest of the story. I will never go back to that location.

This is the optical choice for my elderly Mom who is extremely picky. We have been to several other eyeglass locations and the staff here took the time to assist us from start to finish. The selection is limited but there are some good finds especially for the mature customer. They are my Mom's choice for a good reason.
