Has no documents of his finding explains how he need to do thousands of dollars in work to find out the cause of the vehicle not running as he's already tapped with it and gave it another reason why it wasn't starting. I AM A FOOD DELIVERY DRIVER AND BOTTOMED OUT ON A CUSTOMERS DRIVE WAY AND THEN SOMETHING WAS RATTLING HORRIBLY UNDER MY CAR, TURNED OUT TO BE THE HEAT SHIELD COVER, THE STRAP BOLT GOT SHEARED OFF, JEFF TOOK ME RIGHT IN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING WHEN OTHER GARAGES WERE 2 WEEKS OUT, I COULDN'T WAIT THAT LONG, I NEED MY CAR, SO GOT THERE & HE ZIP TIED IT UP TO STOP THE RATTLE, AND I AM NOW TRYING TO FIND THE PART WHICH IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE, BUT HE STOPPED THE RATTLE AND THEN DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME, I WAS ASTONISHED AND GRATEFUL, WHEN I FIND THE PART, I WILL BE BACK FOR HIM TO PUT IT ON, BUT WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON, HIM AND HIS WIFE ARE SWEETHEARTS, THANK YOU SO MUCH, I NEEDED THAT, CAUSE ITS BEEN A ROUGH COUPLE OF MONTHS WITH NONSTOP REPAIRS TO MY CAR DUE TO MY JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU!

Jeff's was the 4th shop I had taken our '16 Ford Escape to to get the a/c diagnosed and hopefully fixed. 2 of the others were highly trusted shops while the 3rd remains questionable. JEFF diagnosed a weak compressor, replaced it with a brand new Ford/Motorcraft unit complete with clutch assembly! JEFF came in UNDER his estimate too! Thanks to JEFF our a/c is working as good or better than brand new. JEFF was recommended to me by a friend and that combined with his 5 star rating going back 10 years at least made our choice an easy one. (Mind you we were so frustrated with this ongoing problem that we were considering trading the Escape in!!) You absolutely WILL NOT in any way be disappointed with JEFF'S service.
