“Staci and her staff are the ultimate professionals! Had them resize my engagement/wedding bands and solder them together. The main stone got a hairline fracture in the semisonic cleaner and they replaced it. I would have never noticed but she noticed during QC under the magnifier and made it right. She is also an active contributor to community organizations. I will never go anywhere else!”

Today, it boasts a considerable number of locations, with over 400 restaurants spread across the country. This extensive reach allows customers to find a First Watch conveniently, whether they're in a bustling city or a suburban neighborhood. I have visited at least 4 locations in 2 states. One of the standout features of First Watch is its focus on health-conscious options. The menu includes a variety of nutritious choices, such as egg-white omelets, fresh fruit bowls, and whole-grain pancakes just to name a few. This particular location is just took over an older restaurant and refurbished the inside to it’s signature concept of a more open dining area, a bar for seating and kitchen that is observable from almost any seat in the place. It is located on the north side of 192 just to the south of the Melbourne mall. It is in a stand-alone building with a good amount of parking. You are greeted by a hostess and seated in a first-come-first-seated order. The seating is a mixture of tables and booths. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The menu has a good assortment and plenty of choices. I ordered the breakfast special for about $13 which consists of eggs, toast, jam, potatoes and bacon. It came out quickly and was very good. Overall, It was a very pleasant, friendly, clean, and delicious experience that I would recommend to others in teh area looking for a nice place for breakfast.”
