O'Neill walked me through all the mechanical needs of my vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman or belittling like most people do when they're trying to make a buck. He was very respectful and informative. He ran the crew like a well-oiled machine.

SCAM! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My man took his car for an oil change NOTHING was wrong with it before he brought it to them. They did a routine check and told us there was nothing wrong with the car before they even started the oil change. We received the car after they were done and a couple days later the car started shaking and the check engine light came on. I took it back to them and they give me a list of things that was wrong with the car and informed me the cost 847.40 to fix it . I DO NOT recommended this place to no one !!! You will end up having more problems with your car then you did when you took it to them.

UPDATE— January 19, 2024 Second time service and both O’Neil and Jeff took extra care with me. I actually had a piece of my under carriage dragging the ground was on a waitlist to get my car in the shop. They were concerned about my safety and made a small adjustment. I’m amazed at the level of customer service!! November 2023 Prompt and friendly service ALWAYS!!!!! O’Neil is just a pleasant employee and represents the positive image Jiffy Lube would want. I will come there again and again for all my oil changes and tire rotations!!

Well...the saga continues. Battery totally died a week after finding the negative battery loose. We were in town, so I was able to take it to my trusty mechanic. He tested and charged the battery and wasn't able to get it over 9 volts. Jiffy Lube not only left the negative terminal loose, but he never load tested the battery before installing. It's very common for new batteries to have bad cells, but most installers test the new batteries. So, why did their star GO UP? Well, awesome customer service by the manager Will. He not only refunded the battery cost of $209, he refunded the install fee, parts, and taxes as well. A FULL REFUND. Gotta say, I did not expect that. Great job at fixing the bad situation Will!

Came here March of last year because my AC was not working. They did a recharge and put dye in the system to see if it was leaking. Paid around $100 and they sent me on my way. Came back a few days later, had a leak and paid over $1500 to fix the AC and replace the parts. Three months later I came back because I was out of Freon, still had a leak. They filled it and said I was good, two or three months after that I was back again, this time they told me an O-ring had been installed wrong and they were sure this would fix the problem. Well, back again with the same problem and no solution. Do not waste your time with the chain store, there are much better local mechanics that value custom service, go there instead.

They always have me in and out within a timely manner. There is never any pressure for upsells, only recommendations. And I like the free car wash when I leave this location.

I went with my sprinter chassis cab 2022 for a service to change the oil and filters and ended up losing two days of work, spending $320 to tow my vehicle to the shop because they did the service completely wrong, they installed the fuel filter incorrectly and the vehicle was left leaking everything the diesel I could have had an accident because of the bad work, I spent time and money I had to stay overnight in a hotel in Melbourne because I live in another distant city so that the next day they would fix my vehicle that would not start due to the bad work that They did it, it was the first time I went to Jiffy Lube and I don't think I will return to this place again, it was a disaster!!!, the person who served me from the beginning was Oneill and he was very unprofessional, he kept me waiting all day for the filter in my vehicle and when they brought it they installed it incorrectly, they did not give me an explanation of what had happened, I do not recommend this place Jiffy lube in Melbourne FL

Walked into the shop and was approached by a young g lady at the counter.First thoughts, just great, someone female who knows nothing about her position and just needed a job.Wow, sis I stereotype. (bad on me)I had a tire that kept losing tire pressure, turned out I had a tiny nail in the tread wall which was not repairable.Jaelyn, was very knowledgeable at her job.She accommodated the situation with professionalism, knowledge of her job and a genuine care for my situation.What a classy lady, because of her, I’m now a returning customer to this location.

This was a very efficient and courteous team at this Jeffy Lube. There was no wait time and the people were very professional and quick. I recommend this establishment to everyone.
