I own several Airbnb properties, and I put them on all my properties. Customer service is outstanding! Ken is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; he's walked me through several of my mistakes :-) Great product that has saved me thousands of dollars over the last 7+ years. I change the battery's out every two years, (one year on the busy doors) and it works flawlessly. I highly recommend this product!

I bought the Kadtronix HVAC control system to automatically shut the AC off in my rental condo in Florida when the doors are left open for more than 2 minutes.
I previously installed the Ecobee smart door sensors however renters can easily bypass the shut-off on the thermostat so this is not an option for rentals.
I talked to the owner Ken, he advised me what to purchase.
The system arrived as promised.
I was able to install it myself but had a small hick-up with the configuration.
I called the office phone number on Saturday and was very pleasantly surprised that Ken immediately answered the phone and patiently walked me trough.
The system works as described.
I couldn’t be any happier.

This will be the first time I've left a review for a company that I ended up not purchasing the product. I was in the process of ordering a controller for shutting off an AC system automatically. The owner of the company quickly realized that I had made the wrong order. He called me had me grab the serial number off of my AC unit in with research on his end he found out that it was the wrong product. Ultimately what I was wanting to do would not have worked at all. That's really amazing to have an owner take his own time and effort to figure out what I should have done on my own. I'm truly impressed. This is one of the best experiences I've had without buying anything at all. Thank you again for looking out for me. To anyone reading this review it is a real one. Customer service is fantastic! Thank you Ken!Hvac smart relay switch has operated as designed for years. Had a power supply fail and after 5 minutes on the phone they will be sending me a on hand replacement!
