Visiting Melbourne to get married on the beach. Ordered a bottle of Luc Belaire Rare Rose 750ml through DoorDash for something to celebrate with and the item came back as out of stock. Not thinking anything of it, i called and asked if there were any comparable replacements to add and was briefly placed on hold. When coming back to the line, the rep stated they are sorry and they do infact have one bottle left but it was canceled because they now decided they want $55 for a bottle that ranges from $29.99 - $34.99 normally.
If you’re in Melbourne and in search of a good liquor store, keep on searching. Not only is this place overpriced, but their customer service is horrendous!

I'm very sorry to say they charged me $22.50 for 7x vodka, when every other place is $14.99. I told them, they said "no, you are wrong".

Horrible customer service! Used to be a great place now it is overpriced and staff stays on their phones instead of helping customers. Smh seems like it is hard to find good help or in this case any help at all

Went to the store at a little after 8pm. The hours on website said it was open until 11pm. The lights were and door was locked. Knocked several times and called number listed. Was no answer to either. Left after trying for about 10 to 15 minutes with 3 others who wanted to shop there too. We all went to Winn Dixie store. Not good business to not be open during your business hours. The only reason I stayed that long was because I thought someone might be in the cooler stocking merchandise. Not sure if I will be returning there again.

Good prices and decent selection but the employees either don't speak English very well or are not very pleasant with their customers I don't know which one. But other than that it's a pretty good place to stop and get your liquor real quick

This place charges you per bottle on a case of beer. If a case cost you $23 at any other place it will cost you $75 here. Don't waste your time going here go to Winn Dixie or any other liquor store but this one!
