Absolutely the worst furniture buying experience I've ever had. I bought a sofa and loveseat that were on clearance because they were a floor model or at least that's what I was told. Upon delivery, I realized that the electric features didn't work but Kanes only uses third party delivery services so they couldn't help. I called the show room and was told that they were As Is because of the issues and when I explained that I never would have purchased them had I known, I was told that was too bad but as a courtesy they would send a technician to determine what parts would be needed to fix it and I would have to pay out of pocket for the parts and a repairman. When the technician showed up, he said he was told not to touch it but it was likely the motor and he couldn't order it for us. The saleswoman did not disclose the issue with the couches, the manager didn't care that I was swindled and the repairman was rude. DO NOT spend your money here!

I have bought a leather recliner/rocker chair, a high end side table, and I have a couch, all from Kane's furniture store in the last twenty years. All Kane's furniture has excellent quality, the associates are professional and friendly, and the process of purchasing the furniture is quick. Kane's is my go-to store for all my furniture and accessory needs. I have just bought a mattress and box spring, and although it is not delivered yet, I know I will love it! ***I am adding to my review. The delivery crew arrived soon after I bought the mattress and boxspring and changed them out in five minutes, and they were friendly and professional as well. I have been having much better quality sleep since I received the new boxspring and mattress too. I am so happy about that!

We purchased a couple pieces of furniture from this store in August, 2023 and paid for the basic delivery ($40), which is just dropped off at your home with no unpacking or assembly. Shortly thereafter we ordered several more pieces of furniture. All the furniture was paid in full at the time of purchase. Delivery was scheduled for late September, after closing on our new home. In early September, we decided we wanted the full service delivery with assembly since we noe had several pieces coming. The cost difference was $130, which was charged to our card over the phone. The delivery change was not given to the delivery department so all the furniture was delivered, in its packaging and we had to deal with disposing of the packaging and assemble the furniture ourselves. We have contacted the store personnel several times regarding a refund of the charge for service we didn't receive. The final story given by the store is that the $130 charge was not for the upgraded delivery, but rather just a general charge applied against furniture purchase. They can't, or won't disclose what furniture it was applied to, probably since we have receipts for payment in full for all the furniture. We'll continue to explore options to get our money returned, but it shouldn't be this difficult. It's hard to believe a company with this many large furniture stores engages in such shady and questionable business practices. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy elsewhere!

Do not go there. It’s a nightmare. Worst furniture store I ever been to. Horrible customer service once you walk out the door. All the insurance they sell with their furniture is a scam. Bought a leather sectional from them add added all the possible insurance they offered only for the leather to start peeling off not even up to a year later. Went back to the store to tell them they said I should go talk to a company called Motto. How does that make any sense that I buy furniture from you and you sending me to go talk to a company I never heard of. No follow up nothing. Just don’t do it.

Found an amazing chair at a great price! Our Sales rep that helped us was great! David P couldn't have been more helpful... unlike the other nearby stores, we didn't feel like we were being stalked by a salesperson. And here's a twist, they actually put price tags on all of their furniture instead of an absurdly coded Cypher.Great find! We'll be back the next time we need furniture.

What a wonderful experience. We were treated like family. Alex truly had our best interest at heart. The management staff also give us every consideration regarding delivery and making sure every consideration was taken into account. If you're in the market for home furnishings, you should certainly consider Kane's.

Do not recommend this business. Long delivery times. Table with 4 chairs won't be delivered until end of October and day bed will be delivered the end of November. Ashley Furniture takes 3-4 days for delivery. Stay away from Anthony, worst body odor I've ever smelled. Could still smell him even after he left room.

Felt welcomed from the minute we walked in the door! Beautiful showroom and so many choices. We were shown lots of choices in all different price ranges and salesperson was very helpful and not pushy. We ended up purchasing a wonderful bedroom set for our mom that she will love for a long time to come! Thanks so much Linda! ?
