Spent over 2500 on a bracelet for my wife and our 7 year anniversary. 3 bracelets later in under 3 weeks broke from her simply putting on a shirt. Then I was like ok well I’ll upgrade spending more money on a so called stronger bracelet. Nope brought it home out of the box to put it on her wrist and bam ? diamonds fall out. Very upset with this place. Very disappointed and poor quality jewelry!??update went back to store manager helped us choose a few other different pieces of jewelry we’ll see how this holds up. Should have been more of a discount specially with all the trouble but ended up spending even more money.

Wow is all I can say. I called late in the day to see if they could/would adjust a watch that I didn’t buy @Kay…assuming they would not want to do it, I was welcomed with ..,absolutely we are open until 7pm by Jonathan. He even mentioned if I couldn’t make it tonight, and gave me the hours for the next day.Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted and Jonathan quickly started to discuss the watching sizing and went to The back to do the work.While I was waiting Joshua & Jennifer were just making small conversation and letting me know of the sales they had going currently—no high pressure just informative. I started to inquire about some pieces and found something that would be a perfect present for my partner!The whole experience was perfect and I hope more people will give Kay Jewelers at Hammock Landing a chance. Great People -Great Selection -Great Prices!!Go see a Jonathan, Joshua & Jennifer…your other half will thank you!!!

Kay Jewelers is a terrible company with terrible customer service. They sell dumpster quality jewelry. If you're considering buying anything here, I urge you to go to a local Jewelry and not any of the chains, including Zales, Jared, etc. I bought a higher end watch from this particular location on May 10th. It is now June 2nd (less than 30 days) and the watch got a deep scratch with LIGHT use. I stress the word LIGHT because they will, at every chance they get, switch it up on you and say that YOU are the issue and its YOUR FAULT. I wore this while wearing a dress shirt and slacks at an office just to paint the picture. I lightly brushed against a doorway and thats all it took. Kay and their overall parent company sells low quality jewelry and have no customer service. I came in hoping they could assist me with either a replacement, repair, or even a refund given that it was less than 30 days and with LIGHT use, this is obviously a quality issue. I was told that I cannot have it replaced. Their "returns are only applicable for unworn, undamaged items"... meaning if you buy a low quality product, which would prove it is low quality when its damaged from any small thing, they point to the policy and tell you to go home. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should call corporate and see if they can help.. "maybe corporate can provide you with a gift card for the repair" said the STORE MANAGER. I thought: okay, she seems genuine and may really not be able to do anything, i'll give it a shot. I called corporate number and was essentially blamed for the scratch. I got into a whole debate with the customer service rep, who ended up telling me it is MY FAULT and that I SHOULDVE BOUGHT A WARRANTY. I've never heard such blatant lack of customer care ever in my life. She said that anytime she buys anything over $100, she knows well enough to put a warranty on it. Imagine. Stressing that I wore this a few times and it got a DEEP scratch (it looks like a crack) was useless. They blamed ME. I've bought watches at a fraction of the cost that I paid for this one online, and the only wear and tear that they obtained over YEARS was some light scuffing. Maybe a light scratch here and there. Never something like this. ESPECIALLY never within 30 days. Their corporate customer service told me to "suck it up" (literally told me that) and that I "should've bought the warranty"... they also informed me that the store itself (which told me they couldnt do anything) actually has the funds to do what they told me to call corporate for!? So even the store manager, who seemed nice, was just a giant liar! The entire company needs to be thrown away. Wouldnt even repair it for free!? Within 30 days? Are you kidding me!! I can't wait to see what they do in an economic downturn. I used to see Kay as a place that provided quality products. Its all marketing, its a lie. I wouldn't buy free water from this company even if they dropped it off at my house and told me it'd make me live forever. The parent company own Zales, Jared, etc. too. I wonder why they do the same business under different names? Hmm. Do yourself a favor, and go to a local jeweler where a human who cares about your business works. Here at Kay, there's no kisses like the commercials say, there's nothing but scams. They treat you like trash, lie to your face, and ask you for more money at the same time.

Valerie was very caring and professional. A very competent person who will do anything to help customers. We are very pleased with Valerie and the staff at this location. We have been long time customers of Kay's and enjoy our experience there.

Their new store in beautiful and the location is very convenient! Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and did not make feel pressured to buy. I will definitely be coming back!
