I’m very concerned about the way customers are being treated at your locations, especially by the GM, Shyann. She often comes across with a very pushy and unpleasant attitude. Every visit feels like being pressured into spending another $100, even if you’ve just purchased a bottle the day before. It’s not just her—her employees have clearly been trained to do the same, and it makes the whole experience uncomfortable.
I’ve noticed staff are frequently distracted on their phones or not actively working, which adds to the negative impression. On top of that, I witnessed Shyann speak down to another employee in a way that was harsh and demeaning. The look on that employee’s face was heartbreaking—it showed pain and embarrassment, and no one should be treated like that in their workplace.
The constant upselling, poor customer service, and mistreatment of employees make it difficult to want to come in and tan at all. It’s clear that there is also a high turnover rate, which says a lot about the environment. This is a serious issue, and it needs to be addressed because your customers and your staff deserve better.

Kayla is amazing! The best customer service I’ve had in a while! I asked a question. She was well educated and followed up with a phone call back within 5 minutes to answer my other question!! Great job! Also, I love the bronze spray tan! Clean and friendly location!!!

I have moved and am now close to the Suntree location. After giving them another try at this location. I am pleased. The beds are clean and always work really good. Jenny is who I normally see and she is always up beat and super friendly. The bulbs are hot and I get good results in their beds.

The girls there are so nice and always friendly. They always tell me about the specials. They are very knowledgeable about each bed and which tanning lotion is faster at getting some color on my skin. I usually see Sara. She's the best. She's the one I usually see. The other girls should lead by her example. Always continued exceptional customer service skills from her. I hope the company knows she's a true gem. She's very happy and energetic. I always see her talking and taking care of every individual customer one and one, and she gives her undivided attention. I hope they pay her well. They don't want to lose this rockstar.

Shyann takes pride in the ambiance of her salons & it shows. I feel so welcomed every time I walk in the front door. There is a great selection of lotions to choose from and the staff is willing and helpful when it comes to providing promotional info! The variety of beds and the addition of the red light bed makes this a great place to make your tanning and self care home!

I am a newer member here and I can say this place and its employees are fantastic. The facilities are always clean and the employees are always happy and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to tan etc.

I have been a member of LA Tan for 10 years. It is the best salon in Brevard county. Their products are amazing and they often have great sales and incentives, their beds are always clean, well maintained and state of the art and I'm always treated so respectfully and professionally. I love all the girls here but -Krystall, the new store manager is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable, smart, friendly, professional and skilled. She is your ALL THINGS tanning EXPERT. We really needed her at this location and I'm so glad she is back from deployment! I love to do the "triple dip" , which consists of red light therapy, tanning and then the well-fit skin nourishment treatment. I always leave feeling like a pampered princess and am always eager for my next visit! Thanks, Krystall and LA TAN! You've got a loyal customer for life.

I have been going to LA Tan for over 5 years now, and I must say Lilah is just a breath of fresh air. I’ve seen so many employees come and go, and Lilah is a keeper. She always has a smile on her face, never pushes to buy something, but she will let you know about the deals and give me honest feedback about the lotions.
