The worst gym in Brevard easily. The equipment is old and in bad shape, seemingly nothing has changed when first opened. Certain employees show no signs of humanity, being extremely rude and expressing behaviors that are unprofessional and downright villainous at times, causing me and my acquaintances to question their maturity or even how they got a job. Gym is also overpriced and prices have only been rising.

I used this gym regularly and didn’t have a problem before now. I had to have surgery and could not use the facilities. This took a very long time for them to freeze my account. I am not trying to get out of my contract just need time to heal before I go back. Well the first doctors note gave me 3 months but after follow up the doctor has extended my time due to the extensive surgery I had. It appears they do not want to honor the doctors orders and have started to charge me again. This is a terrible way of doing business to charge someone that can’t use the product. When healed I had every intention of honoring my contract but now I will seek another gym to do my workouts. Very frustrated with this company and the terrible way they treat people.

4th edit: they are rushing people out early trying to close the basketball court at 945 pm but the contract says we have access to the facilities until 10. Talking rudely. Disrespectfully and aggressively to customers. Some of us can’t make it there until late , so every minute counts. I’ve had to finish changing my clothes outside the last two nights. Contacting corporate in the morning and Better Business Bureau. No one should use the facilities after 10 but for God’s sakes give us a few minutes to finish changing our clothes. Unacceptable. Never seen anything like it3rd edit: in addition to bearing false witness against a member a couple months ago through the official Instagram account, now they have closed the basketball courts for like 4 days now because some troublemakers damaged the glass. I have no problem with them going after whoever damaged the glass and punishing them membership wise or whatever, but don’t punish the hundreds of members who pay expensive rates monthly , some of us solely for the basketball courts. This is ABSURD. I will report them to better business bureau and cancel my membership if this continues. That gym is a safe haven that keeps young people off the streets! Open the court ! It was also closed in early January! Unacceptable !2nd edit: We just spoke with the operations manager from the corporate line who said guest IS allowed to use phone number to check in, as it is important for him to disconnect from phone for mental health and religious reasons. The gym is supposed to be a place for therapy and the bullying has made it harder for him to use as such. She put notes on my friend’s account that he is allowed to do this. If this is not respected, we will be speaking to her again and also having an army of Google Reviewers leave over 25+ 1 star reviews for this treasonous act of iniquity .Edit: still feel unsafe going to this gym because of the cretin who bore false witness against my friend. No where to play basketball today because I had to go to the other gym and they have court closed for volleyball. Corporate is investigating but we have not heard back(See screenshot below)One of the employees there who is managing the front desk is bearing false witness against my friend and trying to frame him for something he had nothing to do with . Dude is now scared to go work out there because of being framed and also had security called on him for doing nothing wrong. The two ladies at the front gave him permission to park his scooter in a room but the other guy didn’t like it and called security on him. See screenshot below. ComPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL . Would like to speak to corporate immediately !

This gym has equipment that has been repeatedly reported to the staff as not working. After requests to mark the equipment as down for maintenance, the staff says they will do it, but then intentionally do not mark it. As someone who cleans equipment before using it (and after), this is a waste of my time and reflects poorly on gym ownership/management. Today I reported bad equipment, the same bad equipment, for a fourth time, and on consecutive days. I even offered to put a note on the machines! Maybe they do not want the gym to appear in disrepair for prospective new customers? I suppose it is time to look elsewhere.

This is a very bad gym. If you have friends who want to go to this gym to work out, then I advise you to go to another gym. Even if you have a membership card, don't try it because they only love money. If you don't have money, i’m so sorry. You may receive rolled eyes and discrimination from the staff. They may chew gum in their mouths. When they stared at me, it was like a mean girl met the person she hated the most. It felt like looking me up and down. They only love rich people. It's like an invisible rule that makes people very uncomfortable. So this is a very bad gym.

It is insane how they can treat Disabled members! One member was discriminated a few months ago for signing in by providing his cell phone number (corporate told him he could do this) instead of using his actual phone- because he likes to disconnect when he goes to the gym. He does this for mental Health reasons (complex ptsd) and also for religious/spiritual time as well. They yelled at him even though the kind lady at the front (Jeanie- who also quit because of rude staff members driving her away) told him he was okay to do it this way. When he defended himself they called security on him! This is an ADA certified disabled individual with Space Coast Paratransit. They then tried to FRAME him (see photographic proof by the guy that left the review named Delfín Warrior) for a stolen jewelry item he had nothing to do with. The gym is supposed to be a safe haven for mental health!! They are now rushing people out 15 mins early. I understand the gym’s frustration if people are taking 10-20 minutes to change after close- that’s ridiculous. But to make people finish their workouts prematurely - when some people can’t even make it there until late because of work - is ABSURD. Give the people a few mins to change their clothes. Tonight they CLOSED THE BASKETBALL COURT 15 minutes early! When one member defended himself and said we pay for the full hours man- the new staff member spoke very disrespectfully to him. The member even addressed him respectfully. Said “it’s not your fault but this isn’t right”. Angry mean dweeb.AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE: this is the first night the court has opened after almost 3 weeks. Someone damaged the glass 3 weeks ago. I totally understand the gym punishing that member- but don’t punish all the members who had nothing to do with it. Some of us signed up for these facilities solely because of the basketball courts. Then they take their sweet time fixing it out of spite- and these members are left unable to use the Court. Not all of us have cars to drive to the other LA Fitnesses/Esportas in the area. Basketball members should be reimbursed for 1 month. Sickening ! We are speaking with better business bureau. Sometimes you need to watch how you treat people because you never know who is just there seeking some peace given they have a disabilityAt 954 my friend in the hot tub gets told everything has to be out of the building by 10 flat. He was about to get out of the pool but for God’s sakes give him a few minutes to change . AbsurdAlso damaged his finger but didn’t even have time to stop and ask employees for a band aid because he felt so rushed and disrespected. Had to stop across the street at chipotle for a band aid. See attached picture. Went home feeling anxiety and bullied. This is not what gyms are about. Bring back Jeanie! And Christian ! RIP

I have been a member for 2 years or so… Henry is one of the realest down to earth manager types I ever dealt with. Facts

If you are bringing someone as a guest who does not yet have their driver's license, DON'T TRY IT.They didn't let my guest enter with her passport completely valid and in order, because she didn't have her driver's license yet BUT they offered her to buy the membership. That is to say: you conveniently need a driver's license to enter as a guest but NOT to purchase membership.

Good luck if you are trying to cancel your membership. I stopped in on Saturday with two managers there and they would not allow my wife to cancel her membership. They make you come back at only certain specified hours, and only can you cancel if there is certain Management team members present.I asked the manager who is allowed to cancel memberships if I could do this over the phone and they said the member has to actually come in to the gym to cancel. Very disappointing how a company of this size can have such a stupid policy in place.

Top-notch gym. Beautiful equipment, pleasant atmosphere, super people. I especially like Henry's smiling face when we first arrive, and manager Caleb is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with all things healthy. Strongly recommended.
