This facility handles way more people then it should with only two people working. Walk in’s are taken before people with appointments. It should be appointment only to have a smoother flow or hire two or three more people. The two women working were very pleasant n super efficient. Customer are rude and not understanding. They must have never had a job where they were over worked. My advise… appointment only! Or take the people on their appointment time n all others on stand by. Oh and last time I went I received my results the next day. It’s been 4 days and nothing. Came here again early am same woman are here working their tails off dealing with the most unpleasant people. These woman need a raise for sure. It’s so sad how people just walk this earth being so rude for no reason!

I personally had a great experience. I'm autistic and have a really hard time with medical and blood work. Kiosk system was so easy and crystal explained everything to me was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The needle itself was very easy barely felt it. I would definitely recommend them at least with crystal!

Worst experience...showed up 15 minutes earlier the check in kiosk was not working & no one was at the desk and waited almost an hour....clients do yourselves a favor and use Quest Diagnostics for your blood & lab work....this location is very disappointing 😞

I came in about 2 o'clock P. M today and was met with the rudest person at the front desk She was an older dark skinned woman with a pixie wig. I refused services after she couldn't even tell me what the copay would be with my insurance. She just expected me to sign off on a estimated charge in case insurance wouldn't cover it. UMM NO?! I had to answer a phone call so i politely walked away from the desk for a second and she immediately knocked on the desk and said HELLO!?!? REALLY?? VERY RUDE! I went back to Quest where they treat you better!

Recently moved to Palm Bay. Had to have blood tests done. Since I have Syncope, it is always necessary for me to lie down. The WPB LabCorp did me for years. Today I tried this LabCorp and told the nurse I had Syncope.
She said, "Would you like to lay down?"
I said, "Yes, please!" She took me to a room with a gurney and I laid down. We started talking and I went out. When I came to, she said, "You are all done, I got 2 vials!"
"WOW" I did pass out but came to rather quickly. I had been drinking water all morning to help with the veins. I told her she was AMAZING and that I would be coming several time a year. She said, "I'll look forward to seeing you!"
Her name is. LORI and she is very efficient too!
The place was clean. It was busy, but patients were moving. They have 2 check-in kiosks.

I went here on Wednesday. The lady with the long red braided was incredibly rude , disrespectful and loud. There is no such thing has hippa or patient privacy you can hear exactly what patients are getting done, if they are having financial trouble or can't find a lab slip. She was rude and very curt not even looking at you when you are being spoken to. Just change insurance or pay out of pocket don't use labcorp
On the other hand the very short lady with blonde hair was an angel very understanding and kind I wish I got her instead

I usually go to the Bayside Lakes location on a weekend, but I tried this one today. Had an early morning appt, got in and out. Pleasant phlebotomist, clean and organized office.

Ms. Suzzette [our phlebotomist] was very pleasant and professional throughout the lab draw of my Mother-in-law.
She was very patient as my Mother-in-law had a disability and this enables her to walk slow.
I thoroughly recommend if you have to have your labs drawn at LabCorp, ask for Ms. Suzzette as she is a top notch phlebotomist and an excellent asset to the LabCorp team.
There was also another lady that worked there [unable to get her name-but just wanted to recognize her as well], as she helped supply me with some gloves, so that I could assist my Mother-in-law with one of her labs.
LabCorp -YOU ROCK!

I arrived on time and was in and out in 8 minutes! The phlebotomist was so nice. 10/10 recommend for blood work!

Dread every time I have to go here. The women at the desk are the snottiest women ever EVERY TIME!! The worst customer service. Long waits even with appointments & not many people in tiny waiting room. HATE this place!!

First time here today 05/21/2024 the guy with the ginger beard and hair is extremely nonchalant and rude....I never understand why people with unpleasant attitudes take on jobs that has to do with taking care and dealing with people.....smh
