Been using Lincare for my Cpap machine and supplies for over 15 years. Great company to deal with. Very helpful in getting machine and being fitted for my mask and supplies. I opted to get my supplies every 3 months they are always right on time. Email sent to let me know what im entitled to . Fast shipping. Always very helpful if you have questions. Great company I highly recommend them for all your Cpap supplies.

this the worst company i have ever delt with, they gave oxygen tanks that were almost empty they delivered them the day i being released from hospital. was told somebody would be out the next day to show me how to opperate machines no body every showed up , so we called and finally a lady showed up 7/6/2023 to get me to sign some papers ,was suppose to put in a order for the following day for a oxygen tank to be delivered 7/7/23, was also told i could not recieve a portable machine for at least 3 months. they were called on the the 11th to come pick up there equipment from my house no longer wanted there severice , still on 7/18/23 they have not picked up there stuff , called again today now they will contact me when ready to pick up there equipment, if i had to solely depend on them for oxygen i would be dead with the way they handle there service with me . zero star rating but it wouldnt post with out a rating found a different company who is wonderful and was able to get me a portable machine right away

I am the type of person to give people the benefit of the doubt, or a second chance, especially in relation to these reviews. I was not in a position to read the reviews until after I had a questionable experience with their service. So in that light, I started with a blank slate. But now I am seeing a pattern of poor service. My roommate pays for home delivery of Oxygen. He is on 6l/min via nasal cannula. The highest flow rate for a NC. He can't even bend over without his O2 saturation dropping into the 70s. If he talks too much, or climbs the 3 steps at his front door, he can't catch his breath, calling out, "I can't breathe! I need help! I can't breathe! Help!" It is a terrible situation! I can't imagine how scary, and helpless, one feels literally being smothered as your body is starved for oxygen, and drowns in Carbon Dioxide! It is a sobering experience to watch, being unable to help.To the Owners, and/or General Manager: I tell you all this personal information so that you can empathize with my experience, and thus hear my complaint as an opportunity to improve. His Oxygen delivery each week. This is the first I have been home to see the exchange. First, your driver parked directly across our driveway, in the road, essentially blocking myself and another in the driveway, waiting to leave. Yes, we were standing at our doors waiting to leave, he knew it, but he proceeded to get out and open the back doors. Customer service aside, even a private driver would offer to move. So, now my attention is on him. He unloads and drags his cart over the driveway stones and up the wheelchair ramp. Apparently a couple bottles were missing and I was called over to help because your driver would not step a foot in the door(literally), to grab 2 half bottles. Meantime, your client has over exerted himself to the point where he "can't breathe." And at that point your driver decided to let me sign for the bottles. Outside. Is it a legal thing that you can't go inside, and actually DELIVER the product? Because what you do now, leaving them outside, possibly unsecured, seems just lazy. Milk men, back in the day, provided better service! It is almost as if no patient contact, would be preferable. I get it, people ask a lot. Before you know it, you are inside running a vacuum and baking cakes. But you are delivering oxygen to people who shouldn't or can't exert themselves by carrying oxygen bottles around. Just a smile and "I'll get that for you. Where do you want them?" would be incredible! Grocery delivery has MUCH better service in comparison. You do consider yourself a "SERVICE" provider?

Terrible service. My doctor sent a script to them for a replacement cpap a year ago. They got Medicare's approval in November 2018. Called them in November December and January and was told it's all set to go and they'll bring it out. Got tired of waiting in September 2019 so I bought a new one from cpap.com and paid for it myself. Terrible company to do business with. I am also on oxygen and they have never in 8 years since I was set up sent replacement oxygen tubing and cannulas. I can see why only 1 star.

I have never had such a hard time with a company as this. Two months trying to get an appointment to meet failure. They said, Oh, you are closer to our other office, so we will have them contact you. Well, another month of issues. Try calling them--you listen to 25 options and then get to hold on--Madness. They are terrible!!

I never give advice. I only share my experiences. I received a prescription for a C-PAP device in late November. My doctor's office in Portland, Maine suggested we get the device from Lincare in Falmouth, Maine due to its location. We arrived on time for our early morning appointment. The first thing we noted was that the office space was a mess. The second thing we noticed was the bathroom. Use your imagination. The worker arrived about 30 minutes late. I will say that he was knowledgeable and that we left with the device. We didn't have any expected follow up from Lincare. At one point in January, I received a call telling me that I needed new filters for the C-PAP heard. I explained that we were in Florida for the winter and provided the new address. We found out a few weeks later that the filters had been shipped to Maine. They are likely still buried in the snow. Lincare promised to send replacement filters to Florida. I still don't have them. As time went on, I determined that I needed a different face mask. I called the Melbourne, Florida Lincare office again and again, finally getting to the point where a staff member was to call me to set up an appointment to fit a new mask. Two weeks later, having heard nothing, I called again. The worker acted as I had never called, wanting all the same information that I had already provided. He promised that the person who does the mask fittings would call me back later that day or the next. Of course, I received no calls. As I said, I offer no advice. However, you now know my experience with Lincare in two states. We have found another provider.

Worst company i ever dealt with. Screwed me around finally i told them if they cant get my cpap machine i moving on. They finally give me my machine but no mask or hose i have to order it from clearwater. They lie like crazy its been 2 weeks and no supplies so i get the therapist she couldnt get through to clearwater supply finally she calls me and tells me i will have the full mask, hose and replacement mast tomorrow. I get them today i get 3 filters and 3 replacment mask. What the hell good are they no headgear air hose or full mask. I reported them to medicare and my doctor. They told me to take everything back and medicare flag my account and wont pay rhem anything. I hope they pull there contract. They are terrible. We need to spread the word about them.
