Absolutely would discourage anyone from using this place for any and all services they provide. I was wrongly accused of breaking lease rules only to try to be pursaded into signing a fabricated lease agreement. When I refused to sign a faulty lease agreement, I was then trespassed by the owners request and locked out and denied access to my belongings. Note i had only been in the unit for less than 2 weeks. Hence all monies were and are paid in full. A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE ?

Lock it storage is the best around in terms of price, location, facilities and customer service. Aeron, the manager, was very helpful and kind when I needed a place to temporarily store my belongings and he always answered the phone when I had a question. I will definitely be back if I need storage again. Thanks!

Upon moving back to Florida, I contacted Aeron from Lock It Storage. Aeron went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible at this storage unit. I highly recommend Lock It Storage. This storage unit is safe, easy to access, and the location is excellent. Aeron was always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My mom is going to get a unit here as soon as one becomes available due to how positive my experience was. Again, I highly recommend Lock It Storage and have nothing but good things to say about them.

I am so thankful I found lock it storage! It was highly recommended to me by friends and WOW! I needed storage when moving back to Brevard county and the owner (Aeron) went above and beyond to find me a great unit. And the prices can’t be beat! 10/10 experience!

It's a dead storage as it was put to me by the manager that had his feelings hurt by me working on my motorcycles there that I had stored at their facility. I was months ahead of the rent because I'm homeless and needed to store them there to be safe but the manager found out my living situation and told me that it didn't look good to have me there. 18 months with no problems except for people stealing my solar panels,leaving screws,nails in the driveways to flatten my motorcycle tires, boat owners having their boats detailed there,people refurbishing their campers there, illegal mexicans smoking weed there and listening to their loud salsa music seemed to sit just fine with the owners but my vehicle maintenance wasn't allowed. Telling,very telling. I've moved and now AAA Storage on US 1 about a mile south of lockit storage. Now they have my business,motorcycles and they don't mind if I'm old and homeless. Lockit is a ok place,just don't be homeless and do business with the backstabbers.
