Yeah I went there at Ann Loft store this morning? When I walked in there were two ladies, the blonde lady never said hi/anything, and the other lady black or Spanish! She is the only one said hi! How do they stay open, if you are ignoring your customers, don’t work any retail stores, we don’t need people like you, customers like friends employees, I won’t never shop/ spend my money that store ever, of the other hand God bless the other lady!

The store is always so well maintained! I had a wonderful sales clerk help me named Zack help me today. He is friendly and helped me pick out a great outfit!

I had a return from an online purchase that I decided to return in store. It was outside of the 30 day window, but after looking online at the return policy I saw that I could get store credit (see attached photo of the website’s description of return policy). The lady that helped me was not very personable as she processed the return. She says “this is outside of 30 days” and I respond with “I know, I was only hoping for store credit”. She finishes the transaction and turns her back to me to grab a hanger. With her back to me she says, quite loudly, “In the future we can’t take things back after 30 days.” I say “oh well I thought I read online that you could get store credit still.” She says “No. After 30 days it’s unreturnable… Mind you, the item I brought back was still in the bag, with its tags attached, and I had the receipt. Loft company needs to make sure their stores know what the policy actually is and are consistent, I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
I got my store credit, but I was so soured from the interaction I left without shopping. They had some great stuff in there and I definitely would’ve spent more than my store credit was worth, but not after being made to feel crappy.
What a shame.

Never have I felt like I didn't belong at Loft like this store. I am in the middle of a move and had workout clothes on carrying a huge bag from B&BW. 2 different employees asked if I wanted to put my bag at the register while I shopped. They treated me as I was a thief. I have long shopped at Loft and 75% of my clothes are from here. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Worst service of any Loft stores ever.

I am always impressed with the cleanliness and and selection at the store, but this one is top of the top. Their selection is amazing and I never have a problem finding what I am looking for!

Purchased pajamas on line, they arrived without the top, after contacting customer service to let them know they said they did not ship the top because it was defective and I should take the pajamas to the Viera store for a refund. I even printed out the custom service chat instructing me to that. The person in charge at Viera store on Sat Jan 8th, 2022 at apx 4:00 pm refused to give me a refund or an exchange. I showed her the customer service instructions that I printed out and the refund slip which I printed out as well, but she still refused to refund or exchange my item. I’m highly disappointed. I’m not going to shop at Loft anymore on line or at the the brick and mortar location.

Employees were in such a hurry to close even though they were still open for 30 minutes!One employee went right behind me, following me around the store, and was rude about putting clothes back in a specific place even though I wasn’t making a mess. This location lost two customers today.
