Carlos in the toilet and sink dept was very helpful. He got 2 parts for my new toilet according to the model. Thanks to his help the next day the Installer was able to do the installation and used the parts that was very much needed to complete the job. Thank you Carlos. đ

Same story as others. Sold me a dishwasher, I didnât care which one as long as it was in stock. Paid, waited for delivery and install. A week later I find out they ordered it 7 days after I paid. Now itâs on sale for less than I paid. Now scheduled for delivery a week from today. The sales people said it was in stock, âŚit wasnât. . Make them prove they have it before paying. Oh , calling on the phone, they just keep hitting the HOLD button then hang up after waiting 30 minutes. Youâll get a lot of customer service mumbo-jumbo speak, âweâre so sorry to disappoint your satisfaction is our highest priority, call us so we can discuss this, etc, etcâ. Honesty would have worked for me.

Michele, head cashier front end was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and professional. I very much appreciated her willingness to listen, troubleshoot, and take the time to locate a viable solution. Michele then directed me to Ken, who again was helpful, courteous and professional. Much appreciated to both of them for taking the time.
As this is my local Lowe's, it is good to know that they listen and offer solutions.

RUN. ITâs a SCAM.
Bought a refrigerator Samsung Bestoke for more than 2000$ with customer service on the line.
They delivered the wrong refrigerator. A knockoff costing 500$ less. Delivery guy said to take out with install person. Install person only scheduled for 10 days later since we had a major hurricane in FL.
Now they want me to stay with the knockoff because itâs been more than 48h of delivery.
Crazyland!
The refrigerator they sent has NO DOORs.
After hours and days with customer service, they sent me a 500$ gift card for the difference. No returns. I get to keep the knockoff.
I have to order doors separately and that will take 2 months to get here. No refrigerator till then.
This whole ordeal happened in the middle of a move to a new home (already a super stressful period), after evacuating for a hurricane and using wheelchairs.
Run!!!!
UPDATE: I followed the advice of the person below. 3 more hours lost on the phone. Another empty promise to call me back in 48h. That was 7 days ago.
Again, RUN.

I have decided that the Minton store will no longer be an option. No cashier today - no return for me. If I wanted contactless sales, I would go to Amazon. That is likely where my business will be headed in the future.
