Came in with gel x that I hated from another salon & Vivian sat down with me to remove. She explained why she doesn’t do gel x in her salon and how it’s easier for the nail tech but not good for the customer. She recommended I waited on getting any polish since the gel x couldn’t be soaked off but rather had to be removed with the spiny thing (idk what its called, but you know what i’m taking about) thus leaving my nails incredibly thin. She then had her nail tech clean up my cuticles and take care of me from then on. Super kind, informative, & the space in general is beautiful & most importantly CLEAN! Highly recommend, I’m sure i’ll be back.

My daughter and I loved Vivian’s! The vibe is so chill in the salon and our nails look amazing! Vivian did my dip & Katherine did my daughter’s gel, we left super happy! We will definitely be back!

I started going here a few months ago. Vivian and her staff are extremely friendly and amazing at what they do! The salon is very clean and beautiful! Vivian always does exactly what I want and always exceeds my expectations!!

Vivian does the best nails! The salon is friendly, clean, & beautiful. I get acrylics done and she does them perfect every time. She has a huge range of colors and her designs are stunning. You should definitely go to her for all your nail needs.

Everyone there is very friendly and it is a nice clean place. They were able to fit me in for a late appointment and do exactly what I wanted! This place is amazing, I will absolutely be coming back again! This is the spot!!
Stylist: My nail artist was named Cath and I asked for some advice for what to do (I was unsure of getting acrylic or dip) and she advised me to get dip as it's healthier and I wouldn't need to cut my already long nails. I showed her a picture of a design she had done before, but I got different colors. She was able to match nail lengths (some of my nails were broken) and I got them done in less than an hour. It looks very natural and not bulky. She really knows her stuff!! She was also very nice and accommodating!

I have to go between Florida and Cali for work right now, so sometimes I get stuck in Cali for my nails bc I have to go there for months on end but Vivian’s in Melbourne truly are the best! She is a rockstar & her salon is exceptionally clean as well

VERY pleased with my visit today! My experience as a whole was very pleasurable. The shop is very clean, everybody there is very friendly, and unlike most shops it is not super strong with acrylic scent. Miss Vivian took her time doing my nails today and did not rush, she was very gentle and sweet. This is my first time here and I definitely will be back!

My nails have never looked more fabulous ?
Grateful Vivian was able to get me in on Mother’s Day weekend. Katherine did an outstanding job on my manicure and pedicure. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered. The salon was very clean and elegant. Vivian was very welcoming and gave roses ?to the Mom’s.

Vivian’s work is top notch.
JC gave an excellent pedicure with a fantastic foot and leg massage. It was very relaxing and not rushed.
I drive 45 minutes to come to this salon and these talented ladies!

I started going to this nails spa 11 months ago, it had just opened, and of course everyone was nice, especially the owner Vivian. As I continued to go, I was switched from Vivian doing my nails to Kat. Kat was awesome, and continue to be! Kat is away for family, and I asked Vivian if she could do my nails since she was away. She asked me my name, and she said no, she would not service me. She has had an attitude with me and has been rude to me ever since I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute over a month ago. That was literally a family emergency, and that is the only reason I canceled. I am a business professional, and I understand situations and people, but I have never encountered someone like Vivian who is supposed to be a business owner/professional and treats a faithful client like that! The only reason I was still showing up was because of Kat, her kindness to me, and the other sweet lady that does my feet, Tina. I just wanted everyone to know as to why you should be careful when going here, and an emergency happens which causes you to have to cancel or reschedule. I am no longer referring this business to others. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this treatment from Vivian. Thank you Kat, for being such a sweet, amazing nail tech to me for almost a year now ?.
