I used to go to Mailman Joey's regularly. Today, for about the 5th time in 2 weeks, I've gone in the middle of the day on a weekday, and they were closed. I'm tired of wasting my time when I can go less than 1/2 mile away to the UPS store and they are ALWAYS open.

Alison knows her stuff!
She worked with me by phone to get a package shipped to my home on the West Coast from her location on the East Coast after a local courier brought it in.
I told her what I needed, and she asked the right questions and made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of. If I lived near Mailbox Joey's, I would use them again.
Alison was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Alison. :-)

This place is awful. What is the point of having a business if you’re not going to EVER BE OPEN?!! I have literally come here 3x in a row on different days within a span of two weeks and EVERY time, there is a little scrap of paper on the door that says, “we will be back :)”. Really? Unacceptable and rude to your customers who are depending on your hours of operation that are posted.
