I have membership out of state, was able to get appointment while traveling through. Kaylyn was very professional and gave a great massage in the areas I had asked. Good experience, would have given five but it was a little noisy and chatty from next door and in the lobby. No tranquility room to relax prior to massage.

Sem gave me possibly the best massage experience I’ve ever had! I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the muscle/skeletal system in the body. And the front desk staff was amazing too! Helped me convince my hubby to sign up for membership!! Thanks so much, everyone!!

Use to go here all the time been a while from lack of availability in my schedule. Finally made an appointment to see Donna for 90 min massage. On my way to appointment there was vehicle driving behind me who seemed to be in a hurry and after driving irate and hand gestures and then me finally pulling over to let the vehicle pass because at this point I am shaking and not in that big of a hurry. So vehicle passes and I continue to drive to my appointment. We both pull into the same parking lot and this lady then gets out and goes into the massage envy hmmmm may e she was late for work. So I go in after her because it's 8:30am my appointment was at 9am a I alway arrive early incase anything happens. I walk in and she is telling the front desk something about me I don't know. And then I ask her I am sorry are you having a bad day? And she proceeds to say let me tell you what happened and starts going off and saying I did nit use my blinker fast enough and she thought I was turning in another entrance and blah blah. So I shaking but calmly unlike her asked the receptionist what her name was..... she said DONNA so she was gonna be my massage therapist for my appointment lol nope I ki day asked her to cancel my appointment and make sure I would not get a cancelation charge and she assured me I would not. There was definitely noway I was going to go into my appointment with DONNA who was obviously running laye and in a bad mood. She definitely needs a relaxation massage. I will never ever again go to a massage envy of I do end up going to get a massage. The whole situation was insane and uncalled for before it even started. Can't make this up. I hope DONNA has a better day and thank you for wasting my time and ruining my morning for a short about of time.

Just tried this place for the first time.. got a deep tissue massage from Pablo, and it was great. They didn't have any ambient music in the rooms, but I played my own and it was perfect.. I even fell asleep and may have snored a little bit (or q lot) ?

They sold gift cards with promotions that you would get $20.00 if you schuled within a month. They didn't have a single spot open for over 2 months . When I mentioned that the girl says " We try to encourage people to book right away".. Yeh,? What part of you're booked 2 months out did you not understand? You knowingly and falsely sold "promo cards"They should have been honored. The fact that you're under staffed is YOUR problem.To top it off the massage was terrible . I was rubbbed down like a champion horse after a race. That's not a massage, that's lazy and poor technique. I hate that my family wasted their money.

It looks like people are having the same problem I am with the membership. Every month when I am billed for the membership they instruct me to call them and virtually every time they say they don't have somebody for it 2 months out. So meanwhile I'm accumulating these credits and have no opportunity to use them... I'm now up to 18 and frankly just can't keep waiting on things to get better. When I tried to cancel they gave me some line saying that I will get charged one more month... Unacceptable Ive already paid over a grand for services I have not received. When I sent the cancellation form and they said they didn't receive it.... This whole process has been ridiculous. Management hasn't gotten back to me, The only thing they're consistent on is making sure they bill me every month.. other than that I get different answers every time when I try to cancel I'm at the point where I need to take legal action. Update: management got back to me and presented a very reasonable solution. My sincerest thanks

I trialed a 6 month membership here. There was nothing wrong with the massages. Each person I had did a wonderful job! The most difficulty I had was with the office staff. I received misinformation about services on multiple occasions. When they attempted to fix the issue it took 2-3 months to get a response. I won't be renewing my membership.

I understand having to charge for a cancelation, but it would have been nice if there was any attempt to move the appointment. I was very much looking forward to trying this place out. Unfortunately life happens and customer service isn't important.

Do not buy a membership, they can't guarantee appointments and don't offer instant cancelations and will not refund you if they charge during the cancelation process
