Went inside and ordered, and person at the counter acted bothered to take our order. When it came up.. I just happened to look back and it was sitting on the counter... No one called out the number, it just sat there... For Lord knows how long. Went and got it and asked "is this our food?" Which for an "I don't know* from the lady at the counter... After verifying it was took it back and ate swill.. burgers were rubbery, exceedingly greasy (even for McDonald's) , and the onions on the burger tasted like they were weeks too old. The one saving grace was a lady who went around to each table asking if everything was alright and if we needed anything.Horrible experience, I won't go back to this one.

Every car that came to this location during lunch was told to park or pull over. I was asked to pull into bay 3, I waited 10 minutes to get a Big Mac meal. I ultimately had to get out and go inside to get my food where I was told by the blond manager "We didn't know where you went" but not to worry because "The next time I come in my food is on her". She proceeded to turn around and ignore me and didn't bother to give me anything to validate what she just said at least she gave me my order before she turned around. Unfortunately it had been sitting so my order was nice and cold, I'm glad I wasted my time and money here so I can confidently say there will absolutely not be a next time.

General manager was a total jerk when I complained about the milkshake being watery. “It’s been like that for months” if thats their response, shame on them for not getting it fixed.

I went to the McDonald's I go to almost every morning and they told me that they were having Technical difficulties which happens, but they couldn't help me. So I went to the next closest one at 6420 N. Wickham Dr. The Cross street I believe is Jordan Blass Dr. The manager Robert Haddix told me he was having the same issue. Then he told me that if I could wait 3 min he had figured out the problem and fixed it, which he did. This manager needs to be recognized for his work ethic and devotion to his store and making 100% sure his customers are happy. I had to write this because of how impressed I was with his performance and determination to customer satisfaction. McDonald's corporate or the store owner needs to be made aware of how great of a manager they have and I would've tried to steal him for our business but that's not right. Anyhow, Mr Haddix did so amazingly well with his professionalism and willingness to help, it had to be documented for his DM and or higher ups to know just how good of a manager they have. Have a great day and I'll definitely be back. Nice work Robert!!!Lewis R.

Consistently good service and food. We have another Mc D's a bit closer, we specifically drive further to go here because we know they will do a better job.

Service is awful. Very very
