“Just wow. I wasnt expecting such amazing service from a testing facility but it definitely made it worth it.I was assigned to a local lab testing place for pre-employment drug testing. They botched my results and nearly cost me a job. I found Concierge and the atmosphere and staff were calm and compassionate and hear my story and expited my lab testing just to help me. The best lab Ive ever been to hands downSide note: google doesnt like the address lol. So make sure you look for the Hertz off of US-1.”

“Staff are super friendly and professional. Testing is quick and easy. They have signs on the door to let you know if certain things are going on, then you sit in the car and call in for them to come out to you. We were able to register later in the day on a website and that night we got results. Quick and easy.”
“I was so appreciative to be taken at my scheduled appointment time with minimal wait. That doesn't happen at all Quest locations but this location stays timely. Very clean facility with a terrific phlebotomist.”

“I am doing talk to text due to a broken wrist. I am not sure who has a better review, me or hospice therapy dog, Parsley ? The care, friendliness and professionalism made me feel like I was part of their work family.Therapy Dog, Parsley, accompanied me and made many new friends ?. I can't remember everyone's names, but shout outs to Katie, Angela and Nebula's human mom.Thanks again for making my first (and hopefully last) experience with a broken bone tolerable. Parsley and I promise to make a visit when I'm all healed.”

“There are a few people that gave a not so favorable review. For example, the lady that complained of a long line during “lunch”??. Common sense tells me, this is a very busy part of the day. I have been going to this lab for a few years and never had issues. The staff has been professional and the process is quick for normal blood work. If it is out of pocket, I highly recommend this facility! Quest is 10x more expensive. I spent $75 compared to Quest $800+ charge. Quest is ridiculously more expensive. Unless they use gold plated needles and treat you to a steak and lobster meal afterwards, I would strongly recommend going to Steward Blood Lab!”

“This facility handles way more people then it should with only two people working. Walk in’s are taken before people with appointments. It should be appointment only to have a smoother flow or hire two or three more people. The two women working were very pleasant n super efficient. Customer are rude and not understanding. They must have never had a job where they were over worked. My advise… appointment only! Or take the people on their appointment time n all others on stand by. Oh and last time I went I received my results the next day. It’s been 4 days and nothing. Came here again early am same woman are here working their tails off dealing with the most unpleasant people. These woman need a raise for sure. It’s so sad how people just walk this earth being so rude for no reason!”
