I recently had an annual service performed by BMW service team in Melbourne, Fl. The entire process was superior in every regard. From scheduling, to drop off, to updates and final result - everything was perform. A totally professional team, doing totally professional work. Cannot say enough about their excellence.

Nice place, not sure their level of competency in the newer features though.
We have a few months old vehicle equipped with Driver assistance pro package. Drove down here from Northeast. Somewhere in the middle of Carolinas the Driver Assist Plus features stoped working while regular Driver Assist still worked.
Melbourne BMW is about 30 minutes from our place here so I called, described the problem and Scheduled an appointment with them .
Drove over at 8 am in the morning, they asked me if I was waiting, 'yes I am' and the question should have been asked when I made the appointment.
It took about an hour before my car was taken inside and another hour until they told me it was done, they just had to reset some errors, which I found questionable but accepted since I thought they are supposed to be the experts.
Tried to test the Driver Assistance Plus features on the way back, turns out still doesn't work. Called back after some back and forth was told I could comeback a couple of weeks later to leave the car for a few days because they will not have a loaner before that.
I refused, because I have other plans. Ended up wasting almost 4 hours of my time.
The last thing they said 'we didn't manufacture the car'. That is what definitely one wants to hear from a dealer, especially a luxury one...

DEFINITELY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST !!!!....which is totally hilarious to me from such a low quality,classless dealership. Called Melbourne bmw to get a price on some detailing work I wanted to get done, as I've said I'd never do business with this dealership again, but I figured to save me time,how much could you mess up washing a car .lol ., like several times in the past I called to get a price on a detailing related service, and left a message for the manager or whoever runs that department to call me back, this is at @ 10am, lady said mgr., would be in around 10:30-11....never heard a word back from this dealership just as they have done before. Since I filed a complaint against them years ago for work that they did that was beyond horrible, I noticed they NEVER return my calls., and I know they know who I am, because when I call...my name, and records are still in their files., this is the discrimination that they claim to not be doing.... hilarious!!!!....Anyone out there thinking of using this dealership for anything is totally wasting their time and setting their self up for low quality and poor workmanship!!!.....but they will give you an astronomical bill, which won't be itemized, so you have no idea how bad you've been screwed over !!

Had two recalls on my 2013 BMW X3. Made an appointment online, showed up & dropped it off swiftly! Everybody was SUPER sweet, literally everyone. I live roughly 40 minutes away from this location and the job was going to take about 4 hours… they offered to drive us home and pick us back up when my car was done! Chris Keefe was the gentleman who helped me 10/10! Willie drove us home 10/10! Chris helped us get an uber back since the dealership was technically already closed by the time my car was done! Chris let me know the other problems with my car and gave me a quote (we both knew i was not willing to put that amount into my older car considering it’s current value but it was nice to be made aware of and not pressured to get more work done). 100% recommend this location!!

Eric in your service department was pleasant, knowledgeable regarding a lot of my questions, and helpful with some “specials” offered at BMW of Melbourne. Everyone else was also pleasant and helpful. I’ll be back !!!

Thank You, Thank You to Chris & all of the Melbourne BMW team. I was traveling to Titusville on 26 Oct the night of the big flood, that was the beginning of an eventful week. My right front passenger tire became a casualty of the roads of which many have potholes or collapsed under the overwhelming flooding.
My car was towed in on Friday morning & it was looking as if I wouldn’t have it back until Monday. Thanks to the hard working service team i got my car back on Saturday afternoon with 4 new tires & I was able to continue my trip. BMW you’ve been coming thru for me since 2001

We made an appointment and showed up at 7am. There was no appointment in the computer. Chris in service said no problem, we may be having a problem with our scheduling system. He took our keys and information. Service and checks were completed and we were done and car was washed by 9am. Thank you Chris and service dept Mgr Mike.

The facility is spotless and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and polite. The service is top notch. I actually look forward to going to Melbourne BMW for my annual service. Every year, when we have our car serviced, we go to a different restaurant for lunch. It gives us an opportunity to explore Melbourne. Our service person, Eric, is always very friendly, informative and helpful. This trip we had two wonderful drivers, Willie and Angelina, who dropped us off for lunch and picked us up when the vehicle was ready. Everything from the purchasing experience to the servicing experience at this dealership has been nothing but pleasant. Thank you Melbourne BMW.
