Lied about my prescription, said it couldn’t be filled. I had no problem filling it somewhere else the same day. Not sure what they gain out of lying to customers. Either way, stay away from- they clearly can’t be trusted

I highly recommend Melbourne Rx. I've used them for many years now. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to make sure my family gets the quality medication we need, even during supply shortages. Plus delivery to my front door free of charge. I trust no one else.

I have just recently had the most incredibly disappointing experience in Melbourne RX, which I feel really has to be shared, starting from the very moment when I entered through the door. In addition, the staff was not only showing a lot of verbal abuse towards my person, but they also kept me for an unjustifiably long time without any explanation or even an apology. Afterwards, when I was finally attended to, it was with the wrong information about my medication. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable and dangerous to the health and well-being of customers.
Melbourne RX is unprofessional and does not instill confidence in their operations regarding customer care and relations. Something that leaves me uncomfortable. I would highly recommend other patients to source their alternative services from other providers. All in all, I was generally disappointed with the service and professionalism of the staff at Melbourne RX, and I will not be coming back to be attended to. This goes to show how essential it is for these businesses—more so for the health sector—to be very keen on treating their customers with respect, and, on top of that, give them accurate information. My experience at Melbourne RX was wanting in such a big way.

In my lifetime, I have never been treated so professionally. All the staff are helpful to us and it is not unusual to receive sample meds on occasion.

My doctors office suggested this pharmacy, I went in with 5 scripts, they fill them in minutes. I don't know what the cost would be elsewhere, but I got everything for what I would normally pay for one. I'm not prescribed medicine that often, when I do this will be my pharmacy, save time and money, I spent $30 for what I'm sure would have been over $100 my kind of place

My recent visit to Melbourne RX was an unequivocal ordeal. Upon my entrance, I was met with the most discourteous and uncivil staff I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Their condescending demeanor and glaring absence of decorum were truly astonishing.What further exacerbated my dismay was the palpable ineptitude of the associates. As a postgraduate scholar in the respective domain, it was lamentable to observe such glaring unprofessionalism. Their apparent inability to address even rudimentary inquiries rendered me both exasperated and disregarded. How can individuals at a pharmacy, of all establishments, exhibit such a profound ignorance of their own merchandise?The protracted waiting periods at Melbourne RX only intensified my vexation. It seemed as though endless moments were squandered in queues, whilst employees engaged in idle chatter, seemingly indifferent to the escalating discontent of their clientele. Their blatant indifference to our valuable time was utterly baffling.Moreover, the pricing at Melbourne RX was nothing short of predatory. Their astronomical charges felt akin to a ransom, and I was astounded by the sum demanded for a mere prescription. To my chagrin, I later discovered that the identical medication was available at a neighboring pharmacy for a mere pittance in comparison.In summation, my ordeal at Melbourne RX was profoundly disheartening. The discourteous personnel, coupled with the associates' evident ineptitude, prolonged delays, and exorbitant charges, render this establishment a veritable quagmire. As a discerning postgraduate scholar with expectations of professionalism and fair pricing, I shall not patronize Melbourne RX again and would counsel others to exercise similar caution.

I recently had a horrible experience with Melbourne RX. The pharmacy staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I had a prescription that needed to be filled, but the staff were dismissive and uninterested in helping me. I waited in line for almost an hour, only to be told that my prescription was not available. Not only did they provide no assistance with finding alternatives, they didn't even apologize. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. On top of all that, the pharmacy was extremely dirty and disorganized. I would highly suggest avoiding Melbourne RX and finding somewhere else to fill your prescriptions.

I recently tried to get my prescription filled at Melbourne Rx Pharmacy, but their pharmacists refused to fill it and gave no explanation as to why. This was a huge inconvenience for me, as I had to find another pharmacy that was willing to fill it. The pharmacists at Melbourne Rx Pharmacy were not very professional and did not handle the situation in a professional manner. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
