Mercedes Benz Service Dept. of Melbourne IS NOT the same. Waited 4 hrs for diagnosis. Fair enough, since they were the "professionals" doing thorough investigation into the problem car was having. They kept the car longer than was originally stated (error in shipping the right parts) ok these things happen. Finally, get the call "your car is ready". Went to the office to happily pay my $$$$$ bill with satisfaction that "aahhh.... job was complete" so I thought..... Got into my car drove off and upon the first turn I came to, discovered the problem was still there!!??Called n they gave me excuses, "we did fix one issue (minor) but maybe it could be....." How disappointing! Letting them know of my dismay, the responded with "please give us another chance, THIS time we'll be sure to do a before and after road test". WHAT? Shouldn't that have been done while my car was in their charge for 5 days? Maybe if they had taken the time to test drive, they would have made the right decision to repair the problem I came in for. Was so let down, prompted me to send an email to Service Manager....no response.In my opinion, MB Service Dept of Melbourne does not have the same quality of service it once had.Happy to say, went to a friend's mechanic whom diagnosed problem, ordered the part needed n installed within 3 days. Car drives like brand new ?

I'm giving it 5 stars at this moment and will update accordingly. (I'll see how my car does). Vaneza was my service advisor and was pleasant and very accommodating. They had forgotten to do the oil change and she got it done right away. I only had to wait 40 minutes. She took me upstairs to the customer lounge to get a snack. I forgot the lady's name but she was pleasant and provided excellent service.

Jeff Wall and John Martinez are ROCKSTARS. They are both extremely knowledge, helpful, quick to respond, and a pleasure to deal with. I had a lot of questions buying such an expensive vehicle from out of state sight unseen. Jeff sent me 21 detailed videos of the car. He and John answered every question I had and gave me the utmost confidence making the purchase. This is my 7th Mercedes Benz purchase in the last 11 years and it was my best experience yet. I think I'm going to sell my house and move my family to Melbourne FL just be close to the dealership and these guys. Seriously though I will refer to these gentlemen and think of the excellent experience I had when making my next purchase (wife tells me after this it will be a while).Derek Dwyer from the finance team was also great to work with. Very knowledge and able to answer all my questions. Nice guy and quick to respond as well.Can't say enough good things about the people and experience I had. Go here with confidence!

This place is incredible. They worked a deal on Ave AMG Mercedes SL and gave me absolute red carpet treatment from beginning to end and still stayed in touch with me for two weeks after the fact to make sure I understood how everything worked on the car. It was so easy working with David., Derek and Zach and It just made you feel really special and proud to drive Mercedes and took down business with that dealership

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My wife and I purchased a 2 year old C400 from this dealership with two years left on the factory warranty. The finance person sold us a 2 year extended warranty on the car. Which, knowing the cost to repair these cars, I was happy to purchase. Fast forward three years down the road and we have an oil leak. The car has 46k miles on it and is now five years old. I take it to the dealership to have it repaired under my extended warranty. One problem, the EXTENDED warranty the dealership sold me has expired. Considering the factory warranty ran out in 2022 and we are now in 2023, that seems wrong. After the service technician called the warranty company, they informed me that my EXTENDED warranty STARTED the day that I signed/ purchased the contract. I specifically asked the finance person and confirmed that this EXTENDED warranty did not start until the factory warranty expired. HE CONFIRMED YES. After all, who would buy an extended warranty that covered you WHILE YOU WERE UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY? Franky, WHAT KIND OF SCUM BAG CAR DEALERSHIP WOULD SELL YOU AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT KNOWINGLY COVERED YOU WHILE THE CAR WAS UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY? The answer to that question is Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne. Talk about a sleazebag, used car salesman approach to literally ripping off your customers. Do yourself a favor, head over to Orlando if you fell like you can't live without a Mercedes. I would never buy a car again from this dealership and will let everyone I know how they ripped my wife and I off

Absolutely AMAZING customer service, Matthew was incredible. HimAnd his manager did everything they could to put me in the car I LOVED! I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They are not pushy, they make the paper work a breeze. They are all so nice. Matthew was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question I had and he was SO nice! Probably the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with!!!

My service advisor, Mak was the absolute best!!! I reached out to have some maintenance done on my truck. I was a last minute customer and really didn’t think that I would get a timely appointment. Matt got me on the schedule, provided round-trip transportation to and from the dealership, and had my truck serviced to perfection within 24 hours!!! If you ever have any needs-this dealership is the place to contact! Thanks again!!

Wow! What can I say about the superb services I received from Mercedes of Melbourne, from my sales reps, Xavier and Andrew, to the awesome finance guy whose name seems to slip my mind right now? But I am so happy that I could get my dream car. It took me over a week to decide if I wanted gas or electric, but Xavier’s patience with me and my babe’s kids helped me to pick the right one for my family. My carryover was ridiculous, but the finance guru, worked everything out where it made no difference to my monthly car payment. I am the one who likes to switch out her car every two years (while financed), but I can tell you now this car right here, my EQS 450+, oh, it will be with me for a good long time.

Avoid this dealer like the plague! Bought a sprinter van and they are unable to service the vehicle due to no mechanics available for months. Do not buy from this dealer!!!!!!

Adam Fleshman in service is THE BEST. He is always able to accommodate my short notice service requests and makes every effort to provide me with a loaner vehicle. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Mercedes and is wonderful at talking me through the service recommendations. I’d give ten stars if I could !

I bought a used 2020 GLC this year . The buisness manager told me that he would cover the cost of a tire fill using hydrogen . The free fill cost $150. When questioning the charge ,they said that he ment that they would cover THEIR cost of the fill. Part 2 . I bought the tire and rim insurance . I got a flat tire , luckily, right in front of a tire store . Called MB , they said i could get the tire replaced and get reimburshed. The invoice had to be handled through the dealership. Got tire fixed, sent the bill to MB Melbourne , followed with numberous phone calls and emails . NOT one was responded to . Just to add one more point . They contacted me saying they LOST all the paperwork for my car purchase .They asked if i can sign and send the docs back to them . I said SURE , ill sign after i get my reimburshment for the tire . NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

I leased a vehicle in 2021, GLB they gave me a pretty unreasonable price. We took it due to the fact of the pandemic at the time I called this dealership to finance it now, and also get myself another vehicle that would mean buying 2 suvs, and they’re not willing to be reasonable very unprofessional what they’re looking for is mark up prices they don’t even care about trying to deal with the consumer, there only goal is to mark up prices as much as they can stay away from his dealership. The general manager and their sales department has very deplorable sales tactics.

Chris our salesperson was fantastic! We hate car buying but Chris made it easy. The whole staff was great to work with. Really appreciated how everyone made us feel comfortable!
