I literally have called the store 33 times in the past 5 days with not on person picking up.My experience when I have been has been HORRIFIC. Do better. I've been with this company for ever 15 years and am 2 seconds to switching services over the lack of leadership from this shiesty location

TOTAL Waste of time going here. Franchise owner doesn't give a rats azz about his customers. Trains his staff to give excuses and kick the can instead problem solving common issues with the devices. STAY AWAY from here! I went online and got the razor24 i wanted , I just paid 1st MN.sevice, this place wanted $252. When I walked on that they offered $215 as I left,,"today only" is what they said. Lesson learned shop more on line for consumer goods!

Came in to this location tonight to purchase an Iphone 12, Everything went alright till I came home and realized I was not provided with an account pin, I called into the store and was greeted with a nasty response, it should be your date of birth, sure enough it was not and the security question is setup as what was my first pet which I did not create whatsoever. very shady

The store at 698 Wickham Rd is full of con artist! They coned me out of $400.00 yesterday and I just wanted an upgrade?
The salesman (Jos'e) flimflamed me into a free tablet that was immediately added to my monthly payment, then he told me I needed to buy a special charger for my moto phone because it doesn't come with one. I opened the box and it had a USB wire for charging (what a liar) if I was a new customer I could exchange my phone but a loyal customer of 20 years with an upgrade has no chance!
Metro was a good company until T- mobile joined in and ruined it. I called the store to tell Jos'e I would be leaving at the end of the month, he replied "Good!"
Customer service is gone like the 90's!!!! oh and I've been waiting 6 hours for the manager to call me but "he's in a meeting!!!
Honestly like all the phone companys they will change names again after losing all their customers!
