The store at 698 Wickham Rd is full of con artist! They coned me out of $400.00 yesterday and I just wanted an upgrade?The salesman (Jos'e) flimflamed me into a free tablet that was immediately added to my monthly payment, then he told me I needed to buy a special charger for my moto phone because it doesn't come with one. I opened the box and it had a USB wire for charging (what a liar) if I was a new customer I could exchange my phone but a loyal customer of 20 years with an upgrade has no chance!Metro was a good company until T- mobile joined in and ruined it. I called the store to tell Jos'e I would be leaving at the end of the month, he replied "Good!"Customer service is gone like the 90's!!!! oh and I've been waiting 6 hours for the manager to call me but "he's in a meeting!!!Honestly like all the phone companys they will change names again after losing all their customers!

Stay away from here, scam city. Ported a phone and also picked up anot so free tablet , salesman kept pushing accessories and insurance,we said no over and over. He then said he was giving us an entry-level case and glass protector. We declined the insurance on both every time he brought it up. He said we had to pay 3 months in advance for free tablet at check out. Long story short he pocketed $60. When 1st bill became due I called metro and found out that there was insurance placed on devices and there was NO 3 months credit given. So we were charged for insurance that we onhad declined, on a new device....I guess if customers are seen as an infidel, being honest goes out the window ???

No problem with the store. TMobile home internet service is awful around US1 and New Haven. Streaming TV not usable most of the time. I am switching back to cable internet
