I’ve been here a few times and staff have helped me with a few issues. However, on my last visit someone from this store added $9/month insurance to my account. I know I never added this because I already have insurance and I visited the store in November, when the customer service rep. said it was added to my account. This is very disappointing. Metro only refunded one month to me. I probably will leave this service because of this.

Employee's don't know what their doing. Came in for help and they deleted a bunch of important texts that I can't get back. And I told him not to do it. He did it anyway. Double the price of Walmart for accessories. Don't go there.

Abdullah (Abud)was beyond amazing. He got me an amazing deal on my monthly payment and an awesome tablet to boot. Abdullah stands out because he has an amazing personality and took wonderful care of my 80 year old mom.

I went in looking for a new phone because my S21+ broke. I wanted the new NordOne but was talked into getting a Nokia. I feel as though I was given pumped up info about this phone because they wanted to move them. I was wrong to trust the associate. The Nokia is the worst functioning phone I've ever had. The phone was purposely misrepresented. I was also told I would get a 20 dollar discount on my bill because I'm a veteran receiving benefits. This did not happen either.

Terrible customer service from this store. Website says store opens at 9 and definitely doesn’t. At 10:05 Morgan finishes her makeup in her car and announces she is waiting on management to come open store.
