After having metro for some ten years, I have to leave. I'm tired of never having service. Everytime I get a new phone it's a problem. I lost my old number because they couldn't switch it. Metro now hires anyone, zero experience. It shows. Don't sign up for metro. Not worth any amount of hassles

Trash. The associates have no idea what they are doing. They told me the account wasn't theirs and sent me to T-Mobile who promptly sent me back to Metro. My issue was not resolved. Total waste of time

T-Mobile needs to fix the tower situation or something or stop trying claim we have 5g coverage around here.
I have a real T-Mobile unlimited plan and I'm right here by this store showing a few bars of 5g but websites aren't loading.
They're dropping calls and disappearing texts and after 8 years of calling tech support and talking to people in the store who really aren't there for that but have to talk to you anyway when you have a problem, I got nowhere. 1000 dollar phones not working is a problem. This company is doing something wrong. IDK what but it isn't getting better as they remove 3g and now 4g things seem slower than when we all had just 3g

Went in to just to get a phone and able to get their black Friday deal and get a tablet as well. Really nice and amazing customer service at this location. Been to a few bad Metro PCS stores but, this store is by far the best one I've into. Definitely recommend going here!!!
