Miles was great! Usually you have to charge your phone after I buy one... It is told to me I have to wait 2 weeks for apple i.d. # for security reasons...pretty bummed after I got that news-what if it was my business phone? The sales guy Miles was very professional, guess I'll get a different cheap one and use it for 2 weeks:(

Worst company ever they sell pre hacked cellaphones and take your box and replace it with box that they sell you fromntertek that is also a way for them to monitor u.dont let them take your phone chatging box and always READ he fine print . TERMS AND CONDITIONS . AND THE PRIVACY POLICY

The service I receive from Metro is always A+ in Customer Service...no matter which location I go to..but the manager at this location goes above & beyond... especially when he is so short staffed & customers lined up to the door...yet he is calm, professional, keeps everyone informed, apologizes & explains the hold up & honestly I've never heard any customers complain...I'll choose Metro year after year because they don't have bull crap hidden fees...they don't make you feel bad if you lapse on a bill...they staff is always helpful, professional & awesome customer service!

I went to METRO Melbourne Fl store today with the intention of starting a new account with METRO for my mother. And possibly upgrading our own 2 phones. Upon my arrival just after 10 am, there were two other customers being helped. After waiting about 5 minutes another lady came in followed by an older man. Eventually another salesman came out of the back and immediately went to the young lady and started to assist her, when finished he assisted the other gentleman. After taking care of these customers, he turned to the other salesman and stated discussing something about doing an inventory. By this time i had been in the store for about 25 minutes. The two sales acknowledged me when i arrived. I was never acknowledged or asked by the third salesman if I needed any assistance. I have been a customer of METRO PCS for over ten years. I have always purchased my phones, plans and other services at this location. I have never ignored in this manner. I left without getting any service from this store. Now I have to decide to try again at a later date or change providers. Who ever is in charge of this store needs to train their employees on customer service.

They will sell you a brand new phone here and send you out the door with the brand new phone that does not work and tell you they can't do anything about it. But they will keep your money and they will not give it back.
I gave them one star, because zero stars was not an option.

Super cool so I came in to add a line to my plan. Was told to come back in a couple weeks to fix my bill. Which was fine. I knew with me adjusting mid cycle it might be an issue. Came back the first time. Nope you have to come back on your bill date. Came back a second time in my bill date. Nope you have to be past 36 days of adding the new line to adjust. Came back today a third time. So you'll have to pay the $183 bill this month and then we can adjust next month. I'm sorry go ahead and cancel my phone lines. well no no no don't do that. Add these tablets and I can get it down to $135 today. Cool I don't want the tablets they cost extra per line to add them. No you have to add them because of the promotion. No I don't want the tablets. No you have to. Makes me add the damn tablets. You have to come back in a month to fix the bill to get it to 108. Told the dude three times I don't want them. I just want my 3 phone lines that's it. But whatever. I go home and call Metro 1800 number who told me no I don't have to add them, my bill could have been adjusted to the $78 plan today, and they aren't supposed to be forcing people to add these stupid TRASH tablets to my phone plan. It's an OPTIONAL promotion. I had 3 different people who lied to me every single time I came in. Metro service in and of itself is fine. I have no issues and customer service was great through the 1800 number. But this store isn't honest about what they are doing and were completely unhelpful. I got my bill fixed no thanks to these jabronies. 😤

I got a great deal and perfect service at this particular metro. There are several metros closer to my home however my complicated issues led me to Gerson at this particular store.. so glad I drove out of my way to this particular location. You can't beat metros price service and no contracts. I have been with them for years and plan on never leaving. Big hat tip to gerson! I would give him six stars if I could

Highly recommend the manager and his team, they are very good at customer service, Very welcoming and thorough. Also very courteous and cordial, which is very important to me. They also make sure to acknowledge every customer that walks in the store so all I can say is that they know what they're doing.

Either Moses or Jose ? forgot the name my fault (Told us he’s Greece and we Cuban) The guy at the front desk who helped me and my moms gettin me the 15, super chill, 10/10 professionalism, easy to get along with, and so much more pro’s bout this guy.
